The front, back, side, upper and lower panels are flexible and configured to attach onto a sturdy base panel to define an enclosure, wherein the top is open for in and out of items. An adjustable means secure a container upright. The graphic display attachment comprising a continuous, transparent panel and is conformable to the shape of the front outer surface of the pouch. The heart shaped symbol attachment can be releasable attach from a hole at a lower front portion of the pouch. The strap has a length, a first and second ends attached to the pouch.

More particularly, embodiments described herein relate to pouches for carrying beverages and other items, and can further be customized using interchangeable graphic elements and shaped symbols to assist with personal dating, socializing and advertising.

Claims (36)

1. A beverage container carrier sport pouch and advertising package combination comprising:

a front panel, a back panel, a side panel, a upper panel, a lower panel, a base panel, a graphic display attachment, a heart shaped symbol attachment and a strap, wherein the front, back, side, upper and lower panels are flexible and configured to attach onto a sturdy base panel to define an enclosure, with a open top for in and out of items, and an adjustable means secure a container upright to prevent spillage, and the graphic display attachment comprising a continuous, transparent panel and is conformable to the shape of the front outer surface of the pouch, and the heart shaped symbol attachment releasable attach from a hole at a lower front portion of the pouch, and the strap has a length and is adjustable, a first and second ends attached to the sport pouch.

2. The beverage container carrier and advertiser combination of claim 1 wherein the front, back, side, upper and lower panels are formed from a plurality of combined layers of material, inside and outside layers.

The beverage container carrier and advertiser combination of claim 2 wherein the inside layer of material is formed from a material chosen from a plurality of materials, the plurality of materials consisting of clear or colored plastic film, rubber, aluminum, metal, any other plastic materials known in the art that possesses the necessary stiffness and flexibility properties that maintain the shape of the pouch.

The beverage container carrier and advertiser combination of claim 2 wherein the outside layer of material is formed from a material chosen from a plurality of materials, the plurality of materials consisting of leather, canvas, vinyl, fabric, rubber, aluminum, metal and any other material known in the art that can provide the necessary cosmetic finish.

5. The beverage container carrier and advertiser combination of claim 2 wherein at least one layer of special material provide both the inside stiffness and outside cosmetic finish.

6. The beverage container carrier and advertiser combination of claim 1 wherein the front, back, side, upper and lower panels are flexible and formed from a continuous piece of material.

7. The beverage container carrier and advertiser combination of claim 2 wherein the combined layers of material are fused together therewith a plurality of means, the plurality of means comprising stitching, gluing, fastened by grommets, rivets, screws and nails.

8. A cylindrical sport pouch and advertising package combination comprising:

a front panel, a back panel, a side panel, a upper panel, a lower panel, a base panel, a graphic display attachment, a heart shaped symbol attachment and a strap, wherein the front, back, side, upper and lower panels are flexible and configured to attach onto a sturdy base panel to define an enclosure, with a open top for in and out of items, and an adjustable means secure a container upright to prevent spillage, and the graphic display attachment comprising a continuous, transparent panel and is conformable to the shape of the front outer surface of the pouch, and the heart shaped symbol attachment releasable attach from a hole at a lower front portion of the pouch, and the strap has a length and is adjustable, a first and second ends attached to the sport pouch.

A cylindrical pouch and advertiser combination of claim 8 wherein 35 the base of the cylindrical pouch is round in shape, and molded from a material chosen from a plurality of materials, the plurality of materials comprising nylon, polyethylene, vinyl, PVC, Polymer Plastic, rubber, and any other plastic material known in the art that can provide the necessary sturdiness.

10. A cylindrical pouch and advertiser combination of claim 8 wherein the base can further be thermoformed from a material chosen from a plurality of materials, the plurality of materials comprising ABS
plastic, acrylic, HIPS, PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, PETG, and any other plastic material known in the art that can be thermoformed to produce the necessary sturdiness.

11. A cylindrical pouch and advertiser combination of claim 9 wherein the base further provide a plurality of attachment method, the attachment method comprises a inside channel attachment method and a outside wrap around attachment method.

12. A cylindrical pouch and advertiser combination of claim 11 wherein the inside channel attachment method of the base provide a channel close to the perimeter, wherein, the lower panels be inserted therein.

13. A cylindrical pouch and advertiser combination of claim 11 wherein the outside wrap around attachment method of the base provide clearance for the lower panel to be wrapped around.

A cylindrical pouch and advertiser combination of claim 8 wherein the base inside channel attachment method and the outside wrap around method uses fastening means at various distance around the perimeter which is capable of holding the weight of the item inside the pouch, the fastening means chosen from a plurality of means, the plurality of means comprising stitching, gluing, fastening with garments, rivets, screws, nut and bolts, and nails.

15. A oval shaped sport pouch in combination with a plurality of advertising sections comprising:

a front panel, a back panel, a side panel, a upper panel, a lower panel, a base panel, a graphic display attachment, a heart shaped symbol attachment and a strap, wherein the front, back, side, upper and lower panels are flexible and configured to attach onto a sturdy base panel to define an enclosure, with a open top for in and out of items, and an adjustable means secure a container upright to prevent spillage, and the graphic display attachment comprising a continuous, transparent panel and is conformable to the shape of the front outer surface of the pouch, and the heart shaped symbol attachment releasable attach from a hole at a lower front portion of the pouch, and the strap has a length and is adjustable, a first and second ends attached to the sport pouch.

16. A oval pouch of claim 15 wherein the base of the oval pouch is oval, and can be molded or thermoformed, the oval shaped pouch has all the properties of the cylindrical pouch, except, the oval pouch is capable of carrying more items than the cylindrical pouch.

17. A oval pouch of claim 16 wherein a hole is formed and re-enforced by grommets at front lower middle section of the pouch, used to attach auxiliary devices, such as the heart shaped symbol, and other symbols, plastic or stuffed toys or gadgets.

18. A dating assist sport pouch in combination with a plurality of advertising packages comprising:

a front panel, a back panel, a side panel, a upper panel, a lower panel, a base panel, a graphic display attachment, a heart shaped symbol attachment and a strap, wherein the front, back, side, upper and lower panels are flexible and configured to attach onto a sturdy base panel to define an enclosure, with a open top for in and out of items, and an adjustable means secure a container upright to prevent spillage, and the graphic display attachment comprising a continuous, transparent panel and is conformable to the shape of the front outer surface of the pouch, and the heart shaped symbol attachment releasable attach from a hole at a lower front portion of the pouch, and the strap has a length and is adjustable, a first and second ends attached to the sport pouch.

19. A dating assist sport pouch of claim 18 wherein the heart shaped symbol provide a plurality of color, the plurality of color comprising, red heart shaped symbol and green heart shaped symbol.

A dating assist sport pouch of claim 19 wherein a red heart shaped symbol attached swing-able from a pouch means, the person male or female carrying the pouch is available for dating, an interesting person may feel free to approach the sport pouch carrier personally, or by leaving a note with name and phone number and state their intention.

A dating assist sport pouch of claim 19 wherein a green heart shaped symbol attached swing-able from a pouch means, the person male or female carrying the pouch is available for social friendship, an interesting person may feel free to approach the sport pouch carrier personally, or leave a note with name and phone number.

22. A dating assist sport pouch of claim 19 wherein the raised upper back portion of the pouch is a spill protector, the upper back portion placed between a person body and the beverage inside the pouch for partial protection in case of accidental spillage especially when running.
