Abstract

Un coffre de rangement pour outils ou éléments semblables est doté de tiroirs pivotants montés de manière pivotante pour éviter le coincement causé par un mauvais alignement en cours d'utilisation d'un tiroir coulissant. Le coffre utilise des systèmes de verrouillage uniques convenant à l'utilisation avec de tels tiroirs pivotants où un actionneur peut être actionné afin de faire pivoter un élément de blocage à l'intérieur du coffre entre les tiroirs et une paroi du boîtier environnant autour d'un axe vertical dans une position empêchant le mouvement d'un élément faisant saillie vers l'extérieur à partir d'un ou de plusieurs tiroirs lorsque l'on tente de les faire pivoter. Certaines réalisations présentent un système de déploiement à roue pouvant fonctionner de manière à permettre à un utilisateur de déterminer le moment de placer le coffre sur ses roues ou de le faire tenir sur des pieds supports, par exemple afin d'utiliser la surface supérieure du coffre comme surface de travail.
