Abstract

Bulk Eaze is a new invention to facilitate the building of residential and commercial construction. Bulk Eaze is the premanufacturing of boxes and bulk heads. Bulk heads is a construction term to explain any wooden structure in a home used to hide undesirable elements such as, heating and air conditioning duct work, plumbing stacks, electrical wiring, load bearing steel, load bearing materials such as peralam beams, LVL's, 2x8 or larger wooden supports for the purpose of bearing the weight of a structure, as well as add a desireable finish such as coffered ceilings. My products would help save the construction industry days of labor on every house using the product. The bulkheads for finish work would come complete with pot lights and all wiring harness's included. The product would also come pre drywalled and primed with holes predrilled on 16 inch centers to facilitate installation. This would turn what used to be a week or more of work into one day. The product would be sold in 6, 8, 10, 12 or 16 foot lengths with excess material on either end to help in fitting all size rooms. The pot lights are centered in the construction of Bulk Eaze so they always fall centered in the room. Bulk Eaze will be constructed from fingerjoint pine material in a 2x3 format for durability and to meet all building code standards. The term boxes is also used to describe a bulk head. Much the same way a premade roofing truss has eliminated the need for most hand cut roofing applications, Bulk Eaze will remove the cost and need for much of the labor involved in finishing the house framing.
