Abstract

The present invention discloses a counterweight structure for vertical oil pumping unit, which adopts the assembled weight box structure, wherein each set of weight boxes is configured by connecting an upper box, an upper-middle box, a lower-middle box and a lower box, wherein the upper box and the upper-middle box, the lower-middle box and the lower box are respectively connected through bolts, and wherein a hanger rod is fixed on the downside of the upper-middle box and a hook rotatable on the rotating shaft is mounted on the upside of the lower-middle box, which connects with the upper-middle box by hanging over the hanger rod via the hook. The present invention employs the structure of connecting by the hook and hanger rod among each set of weight boxes and between the upper-middle box and lower-middle box of each set of weight boxes. The present invention is thus not only able to adjust the counterweight without employing cranes or other large-scale hoisting devices, but also featured by reliable connection, convenient operation, saving time and labor and repeatable use.

Claims (7)

1. A counterweight structure for vertical oil pumping unit, characterized in that it adopts the assembled weight box structure, wherein each set of weight boxes is configured by connecting an upper box(1), an upper-middle box(2), a lower-middle box(3) and a lower box (4), wherein the upper box(1) and the upper-middle box(2), the lower-middle box(3) and the lower box(4) are respectively connected through bolts (5), and wherein a hanger rod (6) is fixed on the downside of the upper-middle box(2) and a hook (7) rotatable on the rotating shaft is mounted on the upside of the lower-middle box(3), which connects with the upper-middle box(2) by hanging over the hanger rod (6) via the hook (7).
2. The counterweight structure for vertical oil pumping unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein a release spring(8) connecting with the hook (7) is positioned on the lower-middle box(3), the hook (7) also connecting with a quick disconnect pull-rod(9).
3. The counterweight structure for vertical oil pumping unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein a guide way (10) is arranged on the downside of the upper-middle box (2) and a return guide rod(11) assorting with the guide way(10) is positioned on the upside of the lower-middle box(3).
4. The counterweight structure for vertical oil pumping unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein two retractable cross-arms (12) are positioned symmetrically on both sides of the lower box (4).
5. The counterweight structure for vertical oil pumping unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein a belt-connecting device (13), which is able to connect with the belt of vertical oil pumping unit, is positioned at the upper end of the upper box (1) of the top set of weight boxes.
6. The counterweight structure for vertical oil pumping unit as claimed in claim 1 or claim 5, wherein a hook mounting bracket(14) is positioned on the upside of the upper box(1) for installing the hook(7).
7. The counterweight structure for vertical oil pumping unit as claimed in claim 1 or claim 4, wherein a hanger rod mounting bracket(15) is positioned on the downside of the lower box(4) for installing the hanger rod(6).
