Abstract
The AUTOMATIC VISCID SUBSTANCE ACTUATOR, DISPENSER AND
DISTRIBUTOR (AVSADD) is a device for delivering various lubrication fluids and greases to bearings, bushings, chains, and/ or to any mechanical part that requires lubrication. The AVSADD consists of (see Figure 1); cylindrical chamber(1) with the cap (2)that could be filled with liquid lubricant or replaceable cartridge(3) filled with a viscid lubricant could be placed inside the cylindrical chamber, lubricant intake/distribution plate(4) with up to eight outlets, radial viscid substance actuator pump or RHVSAP (5), electrical motor(6) that drives the RHVSA, electronic circuit board that controls lubricant dispense rate at timed intervals, and a plastic cover(7) that protects the circuit board, motor and power pack from dust, water and etc.

Claims (2)
1.A Automatic Viscid Substance Actuator, Dispenser and Distributor comprising:
I. A cylindrical chamber with the locking cap adapted to contain liquid substance or a cartridge filled with the viscid substance, a cartridge comprising a) A free flow piston b) A cylindrical outlet with diameter between 10 to 40 mm c) Optional aid spring for actuating high viscidity substances II. An intake/distribution plate that comprises a) A housing for the cylindrical chamber b) A housing for radial viscid substance actuator pump c) A system of the substance distribution channels d) A housing for electrical motor e) A housing for electronic and pumping sub-assembly cover III. A radial viscid substance actuator pump that comprises a) A pump body b) A pump body cover c) A rotor 8 Page d) A number of pistons where the number of the pistons maybe odd or even but must be one more the number of inlet holes on the pump body.
IV. A relatively low RPM small DC motor V. An electronic circuit board that controls a substance dispense rate and a dispense interval VI. A magnetic sensor for determine number of the rotations VII. Numbers of LED displays for visual notification of dispense rate setting, current cycle state and errors.
VIII. Number of push buttons for communication with the circuit board and changing dispense rate setting.
IX. Internal power low voltage DC power supply such as battery pack.
X. An electronic and pumping sub-assembly cover

X. An electronic and pumping sub-assembly cover
2. Automatic Viscid Substance Actuator, Dispenser and Distributor defined in Claim 1 wherein a radial viscid substance actuator pump has following functions:
1. The high viscid substances are actuated by the pistons II. The pistons are oscillated by the guiding ridge III. The guiding ridge is the integral part of the pump body IV. The pistons are engage with the guiding ridge V. The number of pistons is always one more that number of intake/output pars VI. The sequence of inlets and outlets is a function of the guiding ridge shape VII. The rotor is driven by the DC motor VIII. The pistons are driven by the differential shape of the guiding ridge.
9 Page IX. The pistons are sliding into the cylindrical cambers.
X. Each cylindrical cambers ended by intake/output channel XI. The pistons have radial motion XII. The motion OFF THE CENTER causes suction of the transported viscid substance or slurry to the chamber XIII. The motion TO THE CENTER causes ejection of transported high viscid substance or slurry from the chamber XIV. The intake holes and output apertures are located on the same side of the pump body XV. The output aperture has a shape of bended oval shape that increases time allowed pistons to eject high viscid substance or slurry from the chamber Page
