Abstract

Un réacteur permettant de convertir une charge organique est décrit. Une cornue sétend à travers le four du réacteur. La cornue comporte une vis de distillation, une entrée et une sortie. Le réacteur comprend un ensemble de distribution de charbon comportant une conduite collectrice, une conduite de distribution et une zone de transfert. La conduite collectrice adjacente à la sortie de la cornue reçoit du charbon de cette dernière, et contient une vis collectrice dont une partie présente des racloirs sétendant au moins partiellement à travers celle-ci. La conduite de distribution est reliée à une partie aval de la conduite collectrice et comporte une vis de distribution à racloirs sétendant à travers celle-ci. La zone de transfert est un espace, entre une extrémité aval de la partie présentant des racloirs de la vis collectrice et une extrémité amont de la vis de distribution à racloirs, où le charbon collecté et distribué par la vis collectrice forme un bouchon empêchant le biogaz de la cornue de pénétrer dans la conduite de distribution.
