Abstract
La présente invention concerne une chaise roulante comprenant une pluralité de tringleries pivotantes permettant de lever et de rétracter un ensemble de roues avant en vue d'un passage facilité sur un obstacle ou un terrain accidenté. cet effet, la présente utilise une suspension de chaise roulante comportant un élément de châssis et au moins un ensemble pivotant. Cet ensemble pivotant comprend, par exemple, une première tringlerie couplée pivotante à l'élément de châssis et une seconde tringlerie couplée pivotante audit élément de châssis. Au moins un ensemble de roues avant est couplé à la première et à la seconde tringleries, un mouvement de pivotement vers le haut de la première tringlerie amenant cet ensemble de roues à effectuer un mouvement vertical, un mouvement de pivotement vers le haut de la seconde tringlerie amenant ledit ensemble de roues à effectuer un mouvement latéral vers l'intérieur en direction de la chaise roulante.
