Abstract

We plan to make devices that play 1) DVD's and at the 2.) same time can order from a huge database/library of movies library (eg. cable or ADSL or T1), except the device cannot copy the movies ordered on demand and the movies library does not have an output except to the television and the televisions output must be directed back of the movies on demand/DVD
console that will verify the through feedback that the movie library is not being copied, only when the feedback is verified that there is no alternate device (such as a VCR
or CD Player) recording the movie library will the work (perhaps de-scramble the signal).
Given the services already provided above by our device we might also (or as an optional add on) allow the Users to order movies that are paid for over the cable that can be recorded/copies/burned into DVD's, VCR or CD's We want to patent a unique television jack that inputs into the television manufacturers or our own company can install into televisions that will only fit into our (also want to patent) console/module (with Global Positioning Satellite chip - that can't be removed without tearing apart the entire circuit board and triggering off a cellular alert signalling), to decode video/audio from the cable company's movie database/library to the television.
Under contract to licensee's, this special terminal for televisions is not be given to VCR/DVD/CD
manufacturers to avoid pirating.

Basically the novelty of this idea is that in order to avoid Users from copying movies library, the device monopolizes all the (input ?)/output plugs We can have an adaptor (cable/input) (or module) that detects if the output from our device is plugged directly into the television or plugged into a VCR or CD's and if the VCR or CD is recording or burning (what we want to avoid). Or perhaps a lock and key tamper proof with alarm signal back to the cable provider that tells the cable company when the adaptor/module on the input of the television from the output from the movies library is directly plugged into the television or into a secondary recording/burning device - which we are trying to avoid. Our goal is to plug the output from our movies library device strictly into the television input and the television only. The lock and key adaptor with alarm to cable company's monitoring centre can be installed by a tech support worker when the movies demand device is purchased and set up The reason we have the DVD as well in the device is so the Users can still order DVD
movies but can't plug in their DVD wiring in such a way so as to copy the Movies Library (perhaps one day when technology allows and prices are worth it we could offer the movies on demand database/library on the internet, a large movies database website that does not down load any of the movies but by sticking to streaming video, the hope is that the Users cannot copy the movies) Furthermore the device also has an video/audio input that outputs directly to the television, which allowing other devices (such VCR, CD's) to play their material strictly by sharing our device's input in the television.

Another way to avoid recording/burning our movies on library is to clamp tighten the cord end of the cable tip that is on to the feed input plug of the television. The clamp tightens around the threads of the input plug on the television and if the seal is broken alerts the cable company The clamp could also be a mini hand cuffs that tightens on to the back/inner area of the threads of the television's input plug which can be tightened and locked and the cable company alerted if it is tampered with.

Another way is to have and inner nut that is magnetic and an outer nut that engulfs the entire inner nut. In order to remove/undo/get at the inner nut you have to undo the outer nut first, the outer nut is also magnetic and when the magnets come apart an alarm is set off at the Cable company's office.

Another way is to have an outer guard that covers the plug all the way to the end of the input television plug screwing on the outer threads of the inner plug, to prevent (this option can be combined with the above security measures) people from cutting of the entire television jack/plug.

We could also create a system where each device identifies its self, eg.
mathematical code, bar code/household password that only the cable company knows, so pirates can't tamper with the device. And duplicate devices can be recognized (possibly with the help of Artificial Intelligence). Again a tech worker could install, and remove at the behest of customers.
When the device is prepared for the customer, the device could be coded with the address or combination bar code or serial code of the house hold and whether it is the first, second...
device in that household, with each device accounted for, no pirated devices can use our system.

Or a tech worker could come in and install an entirely new input plug on the television that will also alert the Cable Company if the locking mechanism is tampered with.

We could organize the movies by genre, alphabetical order and date released or popularity or key word or Boolean (interests) search we could also segment the price charged by date released and popularity. We could also sort/access movies by main actors/actresses and producers/directors or film company, and by critiques/ratings awards (and nominations). We could also provide ratings of the movies, and summary of the story without giving away the cliff hangers and the twist and turns or the plot.

We could also real time feed our movies to mobile e - televisions or mobile computing with portable screens (possibly combined with email and text messaging and cellular phone, PDA's, paging or optional combinations), where Users and choose the movie from our database via wireless (that don't record the movies to avoid pirating) real time, as with the other devices there is the option to pause.

Furthermore we could allow the User the option to pause and (possibly marked on our delivery centre the place where the User left off then start again where the User left off.
We could also use the above devices as the medium for interacting with our Artificial Intelligence or even combine them.

We could also live feed the movies to all computers (GV; Ch 1% - computers) that viewable but not copying/recordable/burnable, and does not download the any of the movie material, perhaps possibility of downloading and copying/recording/burning the teaser clip. We could use a micro chip (unit) (patented) that is installed into the computer hardware and even possibly the software that descrambles the signal using a mathematical code that can be changed possibly via internet (call centre) update or by Tech support worker coming to update the micro chip (unit) or software specifically our own viewing software that can't copy/record/or burn; should pirates try to copy (or tamper) with the micro chip or try desramble the code. Furthermore the micro chip (unit) could be housed in a case that opens (hinge on the back) and flip open in the front (or sliding lid), there could be a magnets on both top and bottom of the opening side that when opened, alerts the cable company. Or the wire that inputs into the micro chip (unit) could as above have an inner threaded clamp, and on top of the inner is an outer casing. In order to undo the wire you would need to undo the outer casing first. The inner threaded clamp and outer casing would be magnetic, if the outer casing is removed the cable company would be alerted. Again this plug/locking mechanism would be installed by a tech support going to the house. The plug/locking mechanism also could be located inside the microchip (unit) casing to make it double tamper proof.
Furthermore if the microchip (unit) is opened up before it is installed to security feedback via the cable; an alarm will go off via single purpose cellular to the cable company's security.
One way to serve the computer customers better, since there is no memory download, we could the let the customer after paying for the movies, restart the movie say 5 to 10 times or choose to restart from an earlier chapter to compensate for disruptions/interruptions to the live feed.

We could also want to patent a special unique port shape and prongs that only fits into our micro chip (unit) and our micro chip (unit) patent is the only size that fits into the port (input and output).

The micro chip (unit) can come with Global Positioning Satellite chip - that can't be removed without tearing apart the entire circuit board and triggering off a cellular alert signalling.
Furthermore we could give each unit sold a bar code or a serial code (or password that the cable company assigns to each unit and only the cable company knows) that is attached/licensed/allotted to a specific household or c:/drive subscriber. If the unit tries to access from another household or c:/drive the cable company will be alerted.

When the unit is prepared for the customer, the unit could be coded with the address or combination bar code or serial code of the house hold and whether it is the first, second...
unit in that household, with each device accounted for, no pirated units can use our system.
In addition to every household and mobile, we could also supply small room theatres, home theatres, restaurants, karaoke, hotels anywhere where a crowd is together (GP
0.4 %; GV), beer gardens, bars, conference rooms, centres, sports games, cruise ships rooms and gathering places, casinos...

An optional feature is to allow the devices to pause and print a still photograph out of the movie at any point, and the User(s) will be charged a fee for price to the copyright holder.
These printings could be on paper, photo or silk screening printer. We are also looking a developing printers that print poster size pages at a reasonable price.

We could also allow clips to be cut out (GV; Je 1%) replay it when we want to be for example, inspired.

We could also show movies library device or computer micro chip (unit) in theatres which provide the experience of large scale, very good quality, comfortable, especially good acoustical sound systems. Since the theatre company can pick and choose movies, customers can pick what movie they want to see and prior to the movie engagement, once the votes are tallied the customers are emailed about the movie showing in which room and the customers who picked that movie can be reserved a ticket, while the customers who picked another movie that did not meet the majority could be given a choice to buy tickets from the movie that won or a movie playing one of the other rooms.

To make the technology work for theatres' large screens, perhaps we could use multi-lens camera especially designed to overlay re-recording of the film roll on to movies on demand or computer media, this device will create sharper images (that can be translated into more detailed pixels) resulting in clearer pictures when enlarged (magnified) for the theatre screen.
This device can also be used when price allows to read scanned books with their spines cut off, written materials (Je 1.3%; GV), images, pictures... We may need to create new hardware/software for handling these high pixel movies to provide the same quality as traditional film roll.

This multi-lens camera can be used for real - time filming and playing the show at all large gatherings such as sports, conferences, operas, concerts, all arts events (theatre), on large screens that is the novel and operating secret of this camera anywhere in general where large screens can be used (Ch; 0.1% outdoor, already system classification versus part -probably unfeasible without our multi-lens camera), we could rent out the devices.

We could also project the movies on screens like a power point presentation.
We could also play in amphitheatre (1%Ch; GV), Imax, drive - ins.

We could also develop our own televisions that come with only one cable that inputs regular television shows and also movies on demand from our comprehensive database/library.
Once installed by the cable company tech support it cannot be removed unless the cable company tech support man comes in and removes it. If the wires are cut (disrupt the feedback to cable company) or the internal decoding micro chip (unit) casing is opened (disrupt a magnetic alarm - seal) an alert will go off at the cable company.

To avoid people taking apart our television and internal micro chip (unit) decoder, when initially sold could come with a magnetic alarm (with Global Positioning Satellite), that if the television is opened up before it is installed to security feedback via the cable; an alarm will go off via single purpose cellular to the cable company's security.

Further security measures includes a password that identifies each microchip (unit) that only the cable company knows that is linked to the User's household (taken together with Global Positioning Satellite chip). This way the cable company can match the incoming request for movies and verify that it is coming from the correct household.

Optional features include input to the television from VCR/DVD/CD into this television. We won't allow the television to output to avoid the pirating of the movies on demand movies shown.

As an extra security measure, the User could verify the credit card or debit card number and expiry date. Although if they have guests they may not want to give out their credit card numbers. It seems simpler to follow the lead of the regular cable television providers and send a monthly bill.

Additional security features is to black glue (Ch1%), the secret parts so pirates can neither see nor reach without tearing apart the secret parts to get at the secret parts, or paint bomb?
In addition to movies library our device could be connected to a hub to input DVD's, VCR, CD's and output through a separate plug (a separate button on the hub; hooked up to the console/module; micro chip (unit) ) that sends the selected feed through the same cable to the television and its unique socket/terminal.

Furthermore we could have the option where the User selects a billing plan where the movies they want to copy/burn/record is available, but the bill for buying the entire movie is charged to the User.

Additional option is to feed satellite television channels as well as radio satellite channels (4%)(sorted by language and country ... or select stations or channel bundles, by interest) perhaps choosing channel types which is billed by monthly subscription and a percentage of revenues based our number of customers subscribing to that channel, pay the channels' production company.

The satellite television channels and radio satellite channels can input from the cable (cable is directly hooked into the hub) and output out of the hub into any of the DVD
or CD
burner/copier or VCR recorder, the DVD/CD/VCR players would then connect the feed back in the hub then into the console/module/adaptor/micro chip (unit). There may be a lag waiting time, in this design because the we may need to obey channels copyright laws and only channels that the User subscribes to should be viewable. And we need the console/module/adaptor/micro chip (unit) to keep track of the channels allowed for viewing.
One way around this is to put a chip in the hub that will keep track of subscribed channels.
We could securitize the hub, eg. once installed (also patented jacks to console/module/adaptor/micro chip (unit)), if the line to from the cable input is cut, the Cable Company will be alerted or if the casing is cut and also black glue around secret parts such as the cable jack/socket and a Global Positioning Satellite chip.

Or a probably cheaper way, the input from the television/radio satellite channels can input from the cable to connect into the console/module/adaptor/micro chip (unit) which could have two separate output jacks/sockets that can be sent into any of the DVD or CD
burner/copier or VCR recorder, which would input into the hub and then depending on what button you press on the hub, the device will feed into the cable into the television.

Also the console/module/adaptor/micro chip (unit) could record favourite movies library (3%
Ch), and satellite television (and computer), and satellite radio.

We could rent, lease or sell these console/module/adaptor/micro chip (unit) through video stores (Ch 1%), cellular phone retail stores and electronics stores. We could package it together with Artificial Intelligence. We could even price the movies being sent by increasing price at peak hours and decrease in price at off peak hours. We could even offer the consumer if they purchase by certain date a number of free viewing hours. We could also allow the consumer after watching the movie, to send an email to a friend recommending the movie with a commentary section, and even offer a discount to the friends of the customer for each after movies recommendation. We could also offer e-coded gift cards to send the gift of a free movies to friends as a present. We could also offer prizes, such as air miles, or cars...

We could also offer them in large theatres where every seats can have a screen in front and ear phones (beds and lounge chairs designed to be ergonomic and allow multiple users to face a plasma or HDTV or any new television technologies) also at cafes, and restaurants (also electronic juke box) or mini rooms where the customer picks the movie they want to watch.

Just to reiterate, as part of our device that will deliver movies library (comprehensive) available on demand, we will have normal cable, movies library especially opening dates of the latest movies - we could even have a special journalistic bureau that covers the red carpet opening movies events (and movie showing) - tapping the comfort of home audience (we could charge enough to give the copyright holders the same profit per watcher) as well as exclusive sports and games as well a satellite television channels and satellite radio channels.

Our device will offer all these services but with the above security measures to protect from copyright infringement.

As well we could offer a members only card, that you can swipe (5%) or a pay pal type system, or just credit card system that the User confirms their credit card (VISA, MASTER
CARD, AMEX or DEBIT CARD) number and expiry date... The problem with cards is they can be fraudulently copied and the swiping reader is expensive to have one in every household and the system can be stolen. Perhaps we could use a combination of the above security measures.

We could develop our own antenna backbone by building antennas and (possibly satellite hubs we will need to prevent fraudulent stealing of our signal - one way is where there is a satellite hub we could use a very powerful computer to use such a sophisticated changing coding system that it wouldn't be worth the time for them to steal the signal) on properties where we could offer discounts (Aa; 7%) on the property owner's movies and/or bills or simply use fiberoptic cable to a local hub...(in addition to cable and ADSL
and T1).

We could sort the movies (in addition to genre) by interests touched by content of the movie including news, hobbies, leisure, wellness (GP), naturopathic/Health/physical, sports, spiritual, Science (innovation), business, politics, world stage down to local stage, cars, carers, classifieds, interesting events, important high stakes from Nation to personal issues, entertainment (JW, GV), movies reviews, most popular genre of music and local entertainment events, horticulture, technology, eg. computers, intellectual events, eg.
chess... possibly via Boolean search.

We could organize the movies by genre, aiphabeticai order and date released or popularity or key word or Boolean (interests) search we could also segment the price charged by date released and popularity.

We could also live feed the movies to all computers (GV; Ch 1 % - computers) that viewable but not copying/recordable/burnable, and does not download the any of the movie material, perhaps possibility of downloading and copying/recording/burning the teaser clip.

We could also allow clips to be cut out (GV; Je 1 %) replay it when we want to be for example, inspired.

This multi-lens camera can be used for real - time filming and playing the show at all large gatherings such as sports, conferences, operas, concerts, all arts events (theatre), on large screens that is the novel and operating secret of this camera anywhere in general where large screens can be used (Ch; 0.1 % outdoor, already system classification versus part -probably no feasible without our multi-lens camera), we could also rent out the devices.

We could also project the movies on screens like a power point presentation.
We could also play in amphitheatre (1 %Ch; GV), lmax, drive - ins.

Additional security features is to black glue (Ch1 %), the secret parts so pirates can neither see nor reach without tearing apart the secret parts to get at the secret parts, or paint bomb?
In addition to movies library our device could be connected to a hub to input DVD's, VCR, CD's and output through a separate plug (a separate button on the hub; hooked up to the console/module; micro chip (unit) ) that sends the selected feed through the same cable to the television and its unique socket/terminal.

Furthermore we could have the option where the User selects a billing plan where the movies they want to copy/burn/record is available, but the bill for buying the entire movie is charged to the User.

Additional option is to feed satellite television channels as well as radio satellite channels (4%) (sorted by language and country ... or select stations or channel bundles, by interest) perhaps choosing channel types which is billed by monthly subscription and a percentage of revenues based our number of customers subscribing to that channel, pay the channels' production company.

The satellite television channels and radio satellite channels can input from the cable (cable is directly hooked into the hub) and output out of the hub into any of the DVD
or CD
burner/copier or VCR recorder, the DVD/CDNCR players would then connect the feed back in the hub then into the console/module/adaptor/micro chip (unit).
We could securitize the hub, eg. once instalied (also patented jacks to console/module/adaptor/micro chip (unit)), if the line to from the cable input is cut, the Cable Company will be alerted or if the casing is cut and also black glue around secret parts such as the cable jack/socket and a Global Positioning Satellite chip.

Claims

Claims We plan to make devices that play 1.) DVD's and at the 2.) same time can order from a huge database/library of movies library (eg. cable or ADSL or T1), except the device cannot copy the movies ordered on demand and the movies library does not have an output except to the television and the televisions output must be directed back of the movies on demand/DVD
console that will verify the through feedback that the movie library is not being copied, only when the feedback is verified that there is no alternate device (such as a VCR
or CD Player) recording the movie library will the work (perhaps de-scramble the signal).
Given the services already provided above by our device we might also (or as an optional add on) allow the Users to order movies that are paid for over the cable that can be recorded/copies/burned into DVD's, VCR or CD's.

We want to patent a unique television jack that inputs into the television manufacturers or our own company can install into televisions that will only fit into our (also want to patent) console/module (with Global Positioning Satellite chip - that can't be removed without tearing apart the entire circuit board and triggering off a cellular alert signalling), to decode video/audio from the cable company's movie database/library to the television.
Under contract to licensee's, this special terminal for televisions is not be given to VCR/DVD/CD
manufacturers to avoid pirating.

Basically the novelty of this idea is that in order to avoid Users from copying movies library, the device monopolizes all the (input ?)/output plugs.

We can have an adaptor (cable/input) (or module) that detects if the output from our device is plugged directly into the television or plugged into a VCR or CD's and if the VCR or CD is recording or burning (what we want to avoid). The lock and key adaptor with alarm to cable company's monitoring centre can be installed by a tech support worker when the movies demand device is purchased and set up.

The reason we have the DVD as well in the device is so the Users can still order DVD
movies but can't plug in their DVD wiring in such a way so as to copy the Movies Library (perhaps one day when technology allows and prices are worth it we could offer the movies on demand database/library on the internet, a large movies database website that does not down load any of the movies but by sticking to streaming video, the hope is that the Users cannot copy the movies).

Furthermore the device also has an video/audio input that outputs directly to the television, which allowing other devices (such VCR, CD's) to play their material strictly by sharing our device's input in the television.

Another way to avoid recording/burning our movies on library is to clamp tighten the cord end of the cable tip that is on to the feed input plug of the television. The clamp tightens around the threads of the input plug on the television and if the seal is broken alerts the cable company. The clamp could also be a mini hand cuffs that tightens on to the back/inner area of the threads of the television's input plug which can be tightened and locked and the cable company alerted if it is tampered with.

Another way is to have and inner nut that is magnetic and an outer nut that engulfs the entire inner nut In order to remove/undo/get at the inner nut you have to undo the outer nut first, the outer nut is also magnetic and when the magnets come apart an alarm is set off at the Cable company's office.

Another way is to have an outer guard that covers the plug all the way to the end of the input television plug screwing on the outer threads of the inner plug, to prevent (this option can be combined with the above security measures) people from cutting of the entire television jack/plug.

We could also create a system where each device identifies its self, eg.
mathematical code, bar code/household password that only the cable company knows, so pirates can't tamper with the device And duplicate devices can be recognized (possibly with the help of Artificial Intelligence). Again a tech worker could install, and remove at the behest of customers.

Or a tech worker could come in and install an entirely new input plug on the television that will also alert the Cable Company if the locking mechanism is tampered with.
