Cette invention se rapporte au domaine des équipements à neige et plus particulièrement au gratte à neige réversible devenant une gratte pouvant fonctionné en avançant ou en reculant tout en conservant les même caractéristiques.

Quelques brevets intéressants ont attiré notre attention :
CA 1118203 Rath Albert, 16 février 1982, décrit un attachement d'une lame ajouté a la principale réversible d'un côté ou de l'autre de la gratte principale.
CA 1291872 Watson, Gordon, 12 novembre 1991 décrit une 2è`Y`e lame installé à l'arrière de la gratte.
US 6314666 Klemenhagen et Al., 22 novembre 2000 décrit une gratte réversible sans oreille ni extensible ayant moins de capacité une fois à la renverse.
Résumé de l'invention :
L'objectif général de l'invention est de permettre à une gratte avec ou sans extension et muni d'oreille de chaque côté avec patins d'usure ajustables automatiquement, possédant un système déclencheur à bascule complet de la lame de gratte en avançant ou en reculant tout en gardant les même caractéristiques et avantages. Tant pour l'installation et sa maniabilité
le tout actionner par des cylindres hydrauliques.

This invention relates to the field of snow equipment and more particularly to the reversible snow plow becoming a scratch that can worked while advancing or retreating while retaining the same characteristics.
Prior art:
Some interesting patents caught our attention:
CA 1118203 Rath Albert, February 16, 1982, describes an attachment of a blade added to the main reversible on one side or the other of the guitar main.
CA 1291872 Watson, Gordon, 12 November 1991 describes a second blade installed at the back of the guitar.
US 6314666 Klemenhagen et al., November 22, 2000 discloses a guitar reversible without ear or expandable having less capacity once at the reversed.
Summary of the invention The general objective of the invention is to allow a guitar with or without extension and fitted with ear on each side with wear pads automatically adjustable, with a trigger system toggle complete the scratching blade by moving forward or backward while keeping the same features and benefits. Both for the installation and its maneuverability all powered by hydraulic cylinders.

Description détaillée :
Dans la description qui suit et dans les dessins qui l'accompagne, les chiffres semblables renvoient à des parties identique dans les diverses figures.
Tel qu'illustré aux figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, il est montré une gratte réversible (A,B) pouvant être extensible muni d'oreille (12,13,14) et de deux couteaux d'usure (17,18) un pour marche arrière et l'autre pour marche avant.
L'oreille (12) est muni d'un chemin guide (19) qui lui permet de pivoter circulairement et possède des patins d'usure (16) au haut et au bas.
L'oreille (13) permet de déplacer l'assemblage des oreilles verticalement.
L'oreille (14) permet un déplacement verticale et possède un chemin guide (20) pour le mouvement circulaire des oreilles (12,13,14).
Les oreilles (12,13,14) son maintenus à la gratte (A,B) par la plaque de fixation (15) fixé chaque côté de la gratte (A,B).
Tel qu'illustré sur les figures (4,5) des plaques d'attaches (1) relie les cylindres hydrauliques (5,6) les cylindres (5) sont fixés à la gratte(A,B) par le bas qui est muni d'une plaque d'attache (2) avec pivot et par le haut aux pins (3). Les cylindres (6) sont relié à la pièce d'attache (7) servant à
faire pivoter la gratte (A,B) d'avant à l' arrière et actionner par les cylindres (5,6).
La pièce d'attache (7) possède une boule (8) pour le déplacement de côté et un chemin guide. La pièce d'attache (7) est relié au bâti (11) par des bras de retenu (21) mobile et au bas par le chemin guide de la pièce d'attache (7).

Detailed description :
In the description that follows and in the accompanying drawings, the following similar figures refer to identical parts in the various FIGS.
As illustrated in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, it is shown a reversible scraper (A, B) expandable with ear (12,13,14) and two knives (17,18) one for reverse and the other for forward.
The ear (12) is provided with a guide path (19) which allows it to pivot circularly and has wear pads (16) at the top and at the bottom.
The ear (13) can move the assembly of the ears vertically.
The ear (14) allows vertical movement and has a path guide (20) for the circular movement of the ears (12,13,14).
The ears (12,13,14) are held on the guitar (A, B) by the plate of fixation (15) fixed on each side of the guitar (A, B).
As illustrated in the figures (4,5) of the fastening plates (1) connects the hydraulic cylinders (5,6) the cylinders (5) are attached to the scraper (A, B) by the bottom which is provided with an attachment plate (2) with pivot and from above to pines (3). The cylinders (6) are connected to the attachment piece (7) for make pivot the scraper (A, B) from front to rear and actuate by the cylinders (5,6).
The attachment piece (7) has a ball (8) for moving the side and a guide path. The attachment piece (7) is connected to the frame (11) by retaining arm (21) movable and at the bottom by the guide path of the part attachment (7).
The frame has wear pads (10) pin fasteners (4) and a spacing (9) for the ball (8).
