SUMMARY OF TNE INVENTION
The primary object of present invention is to provide an extensible structure of a shoe body, which can improve the shortcoming of a conventional shoe body that is not provided with an effect of adjusting the size, and can reduce the related cost for manufacturing.
Accordingly, the body of present invention includes a seat and a toe cap, wherein the toe cap can be assembled with the seat, and a quick disassembly member is installed at the assembly place. The seat is formed with a chute, and an edge of the chute is formed with an open slot, two faces of* which are in an open shape, with one face being connected with the chute, and a wall of the other face being opened with a concave hole. In addifion, the seat is provided with a plurality of screw holes.
The toe cap is provided with adjusting holes which correspond with the screw holes, and the toe cap is disposed with a sliding block on which is installed with a teeth row, with the sliding block being sheathed into the chute of the seat.
An end of the quick disassembly member is formed with a plurality of teeth, the other end of the quick disassembly member is formed with a poking part, and an interior of the quick disassembly member is provided with a position limiter which utilizes an elastic member to abut a bead member that is exposed out of the quick disassembly member, 14 To assemble the present invention, the quick disassembly member is put into the open slot of the seat, aliowing the poking part of the quick disassembly member to be exposed on an opening of the open slot, and the teeth of the quick disassembly member to be protruded into the location where the chute and the open slot are connected. The sliding block of the toe cap is then pushed in along the chute, which corresponds to the sliding block, for sheathing, enabling the toe cap to be assembled with the seat, and the adjusting holes of the toe cap to be attached with the screw holes of the seat for connecting. Next, the teeth of the quick disassembly member are pushed inward, enabling the teeth to be gnawed with the teeth row of the sliding block, and the bead member of the position limiter of the quick disassembly member to be latched into the concave hole of the seat by being abutted by the elastic member. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The present invention refers to an extensible structure of a shoe body. Referring to FIG. I and FIG. 2, a body I inctudes a seat 10 and a toe cap 20, and the toe cap 20 can be assembled with the seat 10, with a quick disassembly member 30 being located at the assembly place.
The seat 10 is formed with a chute 11 on a vamp, and an edge of the chute 11 is fornted with an open slot 12, two faces of which are in an open shape, with one face being connected with the chute 11, and a wa1l of the other face being opened with a concave hole 121. In addition, three screw holes 13 are lacated at proper peripheral positions of the chute 11.
The toe cap 20 is provided with adjusting holes 21 corresponding to the screw holes 13 of the seat 10, and a bottom of the toe cap 20 is formed with a sliding block 22 on which is disposed with a teeth row 221, with the sliding block 22 being sheathed into the chute 11 of the seat 10.
The quick disassembly member 30 is made by a soft and elasf;c materiai, with an end of which being formed with four teeth 31, and the other end of which is formed with a poking part 32, enabling the quick disassembly member 30 to manifest a folk shape. In addition, an interior of the quick disassembly member 30 is provided with a position limiter 33 which abuts a bead member 332 by utilizing an elastic member 331, and the bead member 332 is exposed out of the quick disassembly member 30.
Upon assembling, the quick assembly member 30 is first emplaced into the open slot 12 of the seat 10, enabling the poking part 32 of the quick disassembly member 30 to be exposed on an opening of the open slot 12, and the teeth 31 of the quick disassembly member 30 to be protruded into the location where the chute 11 and the open slot 12 are connected, and to keep at a same horizontal line with the edge of the chute 11. Next, the sliding block 22 of the toe cap 20 is pushed in for sheathing, along the chute 11 of the seat 10 corresponding to the sliding block 22. The sliding block 22 is then gnawed with the chute 11 to firmly assemble the toe cap 20 with the seat 10 into one integral body, and the adjusting holes 21 of the toe cap 20 are attached with the screw holes 13 of the seat 10 for connection. Finally, the teeth 31 of the quick disassembly member 30 are pushed inward into the chute 11 of the seat 10, enabling the teeth 31 to be gnawed with the teeth row 221 of the sliding block 22 of the toe cap 20, and the bead member 332 of the position limiter 33 of the quick disassembly member 30 to be latched into the concave hole 121 of the seat 10 by being abutted by the elastic member 331, thereby accomplishing the assembly. Moreover, as space of the open slot 12 is larger than volume of the quick disassembly member 30, the quick disassembly member 30 can move forward and backward in the open siot 12. As an outline of the quick disassembly member 30 is abutted with a wall surface of the open slot 12, the quick disassembly member 30 will be limited and positioned in the open slot 12 without faiiing out of the seat 10, or without aiiowing the parts other than the teeth 31 to be protruded into the chute 11.
Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, when accomplishing the assembly, the teeth 31 of the quick disassembly member 30 are gnawed with the teeth row 221 of the sliding block 22 of the toe cap 20, enabling the toe cap 20 to be locked with the seat 10 without being able to be extended or shrunk, thereby allowing the toe cap 20 and the seat 10 to manifest an effect of firm assembiy.
When the size of the body 1 is to be adjusted, the poking part 32 on the quick disassembly member 30 is poked first to enable the position limiter 33 to escape from the concave hole 121 of the seat 10, and to enable the quick disassembly member 30 to move freely in the open slot 12. At this time, the quick disassembly member 30 is pulled back slightly, a{lowing the teeth 31 to escape from the teeth row 221 for releasing from the gnawing and locking state. As the teeth 31 of the quick disassembly member 30 and the teeth row 221 of the sliding block 22 of the toe cap 20 can be assembled in multiple stages, when the toe cap 20 slides in the chute 11 of the seat 10 by using the sliding block 22, Its position relative to the seat 10 can be extended or shrunk for adjusting the body I into an adequate size, and then the quick disassembly member 30 Is pushed forward slightly, allowing the teeth 31 to be gnawed at a different position of the teeth row 221, and the position limiter 33 to be latched again into the concave hole 121, thereby locking and fixing the toe cap 20 with the seat 10 once more.
Referring to FIG. 6, screwing members can transfixed into the adjusting holes 21 and the screw holes 13 to lock the body I at all kinds of shoes, such as a ski blade, snowboard, skate blade, or roller skate.
As the adjusting holes 21 are in a long chute shape, when the position of the toe cap 20 relative to the seat 10 is extended or shrunk, the screwing members can slide on the adjusting holes 21; therefore, the size of the body 1 can be adjusted directiy on the ski biade, snowboard, ice skate, or roller skate, so as to achieve a faster and more convenient adjusting effect.
Accordingly, by the gnawing structure of the sliding block 22 and the chute 11, the assembly degree of the body 1 can be strengthened, and the relative position af the toe cap 20 with respect to the seat 10 can be extended or shrunk. In addition, through the multi-stage gnawing of the teeth 31 of the quick disassembly member 30 with the teeth row 221 of the toe cap 20, the toe cap 20 and the seat 10 can be locked together, which further achieves a purpose of adjusting the size of the body I to facifitate wearing for different foot shapes or shoe styles. Furthermore, as there is no need to plate for manufacturing according to different sizes like the prior art, related manufacturing cost can be even reduced.
It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principies of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following ciaims.
Finally, the body is locked onto all kinds of the shoe bodies by transfixing screwing members into the adjusting holes and the screw holes.
As the toe cap can be extended with respect to its relative position by utilizing the sliding block and the chute on the seat, and the quick disassembly member can move forward and backward freely in the open slot, as well as can be gnawed in multiple stages by utilizing its teeth and the teeth row of the toe cap, the size of the body can be adjusted to fit with all kinds of foot shapes and shoe styies.
To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
FIG 1 shows an exploded view of an extensible structure of a shoe body according to the present invention.
FIG 2 shows another exploded view of the present invention.
