Abstract
A power tool with super capacitors is placed super capacitors, which are rechargeable inside a power tool and connect with a motor by series connection or parallel connection to provide an electric power. So, the motor can output motive force by way of a transmission system.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a power tool that drives by direct current and more particular to a power tool with super capacitors.

2. Description of the Related Art The power source of a hand-held electric power tool in the present day can be divided into two types. The first type of the power tool connects with an electric socket directly, in other words, there is always a wire connecting with the power tool and the socket when a user is using the power tool. So, the electric power can be transmitted to the power tool continually. The second type of the power tool drives by battery set. The electric power of the power tool comes from rechargeable batteries.
The rechargeable battery can be a Nickel-metal hydride battery, a Nickel-Cadmium battery, a sealed rechargeable battery or a lithium batter and no matter what kind of the rechargeable battery is, this type of the power tool has no wire thereon. So, this type of power tool is not limited and more popular and convenience. But, the rechargeable battery of the power tool has some disadvantages like low output power, long recharging time, short operation time and harm the environment.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a power tool with super capacitors.
To achieve this object of the present invention, there are super capacitors, which are rechargeable placed inside a power tool and connect with the motor by series connection or parallel connection to provide an electric power. So, the motor can output motive force by way of a transmission system.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A power tool with super capacitors of present invention uses the super capacitors as a power source to replace the rechargeable battery, which is used in the present day. Depending on the operation requirement, the super capacitors connect with a motor of the power tool, which drives by direct current like an electric screwdriver, an electric drill, an electric saw or an electric hammer by series connection or parallel connection to provide an electric power. The super capacitor has stronger power than rechargeable batteries and also the material of the super capacitor harms the environment less. The recharging time of the power tool can be reduced from several minutes or several hours to minute or even several seconds. The recycle number of times can be increased from 300-500 times to million times. The value of the supercapacitor is about 3000F so the discharging time can be extended to dozen minutes to provide a stable power for the power tool.
Referring to FICx 1, the embodiment of present invention is a 5.OV electric screwdriver, including: a driver 1, a transmission system 2, a motor 3, a switch 4, a shell 5, a super capacitor set 6 and a connector 7. There are two 2.5V 350F
super capacitors connect with each other by series connection to constitute a 5.OV
super capacitor set 6. The super capacitor set connects with the motor 3 by passing through the switch 4 to provide the electric power for the motor 3. The motor 3 drives the driver 1 to work by way of the transmission system 2. Using the connector 7 can recharge the super capacitor set. The super capacitor set can pack in one unit. The super capacitor set can be taken out to recharge. The same structures and practice method can be used in different kind of handheld direct current power tool.
In conclusion, the advantages of present invention are:
1. Shorting the recharging time. The recharging time of the super capacitor is shorter than a rechargeable battery. So, the time can be saved.
2. The recycle number of times of a super capacitor is more than a rechargeable battery. So, the operation time can be extended.
3.The super capacitor has more strong electric power.
The rechargeable battery can be a Nickel-metal hydride battery, a Nickel-Cadmium battery, a sealed rechargeable battery or a lithium batter and no matter what kind of the rechargeable battery is, this type of the power tool has no wire thereon. So, this type of power tool is not limited and more popular and convenience. A power tool with super capacitors of present invention uses the super capacitors as a power source to replace the rechargeable battery, which is used in the present day. The super capacitor set can be taken out to recharge. The same structures and practice method can be used in different kind of handheld direct current power tool.
In conclusion, the advantages of present invention are:

1. A power tool with super capacitors, including super capacitors, which are placed in the power tool to provide electric power for a motor, so, the motor can output motive force for the power tool.
2. The power tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the power tool can be an electric screwdriver, an electric drill, an electric saw or an electric hammer.
3. The power tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the super capacitors connect with the motor by series connection.
4. The power tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the super capacitors connect with the motor by parallel connection.
