Abstract

The present invention relates to a belt assembly and to a container therefore. The belt assembly includes an inner belt, a supporting belt and at least one container. The inner belt is adapted to be installed around a wearer's waist. The supporting belt is adapted to be cohesively affixed to the inner belt. The container is adapted to be affixed to the supporting belt and cohesively affixed to the inner belt. The container is adapted to carry equipment in a receiving compartment, and includes a fixating structure for affixing the receiving compartment to the supporting belt and cohesively affixing to the inner belt.

Claims (16)

1. A belt assembly comprising:

an inner belt to be installed around a wearer's waist;

a supporting belt adapted to be cohesively affixed to the inner belt; and at least one container adapted to be affixed to the supporting belt and cohesively affixed to the inner belt.
2. The belt assembly of claim 1, wherein the inner belt has an exterior surface partially covered with a fabric with hook and loop fasteners type.
3. The belt assembly of claim 2, wherein the supporting belt has an interior surface partially covered with a corresponding fabric of the hook and loop fasteners type for cohesively affixing the supporting belt onto the inner belt.
4. The belt assembly of claim 3, wherein the at least one container comprises a fixating structure including a flap having one side substantially covered with the fabric of the hook and loop fasteners type to cohesively affix to the inner belt.
5. The belt assembly of claim 4, wherein the fixating structure includes a superior flap and a lower flap, the superior flap and the lower flap being adapted to superpose one another when affixed to the supporting belt.
6. The belt assembly of claim 5, wherein the superior flap and lower flap are substantially covered with fabric of the hook and loop fasteners type adapted to affix the superior and lower flaps onto one another and onto the supporting belt and inner belt.
7. The belt assembly of claim 1, wherein the supporting belt is laterally flexible, and longitudinally rigid.
8. The belt assembly of claim 1, wherein the at least one container is adapted to receive at least one of the following: a gun, a flashlight, a pepper spray, a baton, a construction tool, a walkie-talkie, or a mobile telephone.
9. The belt assembly of claim 1, wherein the inner belt is secured around the wearer's waist by superposing ends of the inner belt.
10. The belt assembly of claim 1, wherein the supporting belt is secured onto the inner belt by superposing ends of the supporting belt.
11. A container for carrying equipment on a belt assembly, the belt assembly including an inner belt and a supporting belt, the inner belt and supporting belt being substantially covered with corresponding fabric of the hook and loop fasteners type for cohesively affixing onto one another, the container comprising:

at least one receiving compartment for carrying the equipment; and a fixating structure for affixing the at least one receiving compartment to the supporting belt and cohesively affixing to the inner belt.
12. The container of claim 11, wherein the fixating structure includes a flap having one side substantially covered with a corresponding fabric of the hook and loop fasteners type to cohesively affix to the inner belt.
13. The container of claim 12, wherein the fixating structure includes a superior flap and a lower flap, the superior flap and the lower flap being adapted to superpose onto one another when affixed to the supporting belt.
14. The container of claim 13, wherein the superior flap and lower flap are substantially covered with fabric of the hook and loop fasteners type adapted to affix the superior and lower flaps onto one another and onto the supporting belt and inner belt.
15. The container of claim 14, wherein the at least one receiving compartment is adapted to receive at least one of the following: a gun, a flashlight, a pepper spray, a baton, a construction tool, a walkie-talkie, a mobile telephone, a hand tool, an instrument, a device, etc.
16. The container of claim 11, wherein the container is made of leather, plastic or polyester fabric.
