Abstract

La présente demande concerne un tablier de récolteuse pourvu d'une barre de coupe sur laquelle sont fixés des disques rotatifs horizontaux tournant sur des axes verticaux généralement espacés. Au moins deux de ces disques sont situés sur l'extérieur de l'orifice de sortie et le disque le plus à l'extérieur porte un aubage et au moins un aubage additionnel est monté vers l'intérieur et l'arrière de l'aubage extérieur pour déplacer la récolte vers l'intérieur de la machine. Les aubages sont formés de barres recourbées et inclinées vers l'intérieur et vers le centre de manière à leur donner l'aspect d'un sablier. Un rouleau de transfert permet de transférer la récolte vers le haut et l'arrière des disques vers l'écartement de deux rouleaux de conditionnement et il est du même diamètre que le rouleau inférieur et compte des nervures saillantes inclinées vers l'avant, ce qui augmente sa prise sur la plante. L'axe du rouleau se trouve au-dessus du plan de coupe et l'extrémité supérieure des nervures du rouleau se trouve à la même hauteur que l'axe du rouleau inférieur, voire un peu plus haut.
