Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble palier (10) comprenant un support de palier désigné généralement par le numéro de référence (12) et un palier (14). Le palier (14) repose sur le support (12) et est constitué par un matériau céramique. Le support (12) est généralement en métal. Le palier (14) peut être constitué par une pièce en céramique moulée. Le palier (14) peut avoir n'importe quelle forme ou taille au gré de l'application. Le palier (14) peut être défini par une pluralité de tuiles ou de bandes en céramique fixées au support de palier (12). La fixation du palier (14) dans son support (12) peut être assurée par collage. En variante, ou en plus, la fixation du palier (14) dans son support (12) peut être assurée par tout dispositif mécanique convenable.
