Abstract
The cigarette filter tip dispenser is for dispensing filter tips for hand rolled cigarettes. The dispenser is formed from an elongated sheet of paper. The said sheet of paper has a plurality of fold lines located widthwise to form individual sheets. Each said sheet is configured to fold together forming a compartment. Each said sheet is divided into a plurality of filter tip portions by a plurality of frangible lines extending between the fold lines. Each filter tip is dimensioned and configured to be rolled up to form a cigarette filter tip and then inserted at one end of the hand rolled cigarette. The back of the said compartment has an adhesive which is used to stick the said compartment to a cigarette rolling paper dispenser.
Description
1.
TITLE: CIGARETTE FILTER TIP DISPENSER FOR A HAND ROLLED CIGARETTE
FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The invention relates generally to a cigarette filter tip dispenser for hand rolled cigarettes which contains convenient tear away cigarette filter tips and more particularly pertains to the adhesive backing which is used to conveniently stick the said dispenser to a cigarette rolling paper dispenser.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION AND PRIOR ART:
Hand rolled cigarettes, are established by placing tobacco on a custom paper sheet and rolling the sheet to form a cigarette. Hand rolled cigarettes fail to incorporate elements integrated into manufactured cigarettes. Generally, filter tips are not integrated into hand rolled cigarettes. To substitute the function of the filter tip manufactured cigarettes use, smokers place a piece of custom shaped paper in one end of a hand rolled cigarette.
Known in prior art is the use of smoking devices which includes cigarette paper dispensers (most of which lack the convenience of cigarette filter tips) and cigarette filter dispensers.
Performing their intentions, preceding devices do not integrate a cigarette filter tip dispenser for hand rolled cigarettes and more particularly an adhesive backing which is used to conveniently stick the said cigarette filter tip dispenser to cigarette rolling paper dispensers.
The said cigarette filter tip dispenser for a hand rolled cigarette supplies a device developed to hold removable cigarette filter tips and the adhesive backing for use by the smoker. Therefore the said cigarette filter tip dispenser fulfills the needs of smokers (who use hand rolled cigarettes) with the convenience of elements not provided in prior art.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
The present inventions purpose is to provide an improved cigarette filter tip dispenser for hand rolled cigarettes. The cigarette filter tip dispenser encompasses an envelope which stores a multitude of cigarette filter tips for hand rolled cigarettes and provides an integrated adhesive backing.
The cigarette filter tip dispenser consists of an elongated sheet of rigid paper having a width and a length. The said sheet has a rectangular back portion with a length and a width. The said sheet has a rectangular front portion with a length and a width. An adhesive is accommodated on the outer side of the rear portion. The said sheet is adapted to have a rectangular top. The said top portion is conformed to position the back and the front portions in a lateral likeness which separates the back and the front portions to produce a compartment. A lateral tab is provided on the said top. A score line is supplied between the top and the said lateral tab. The said tab is dimensioned and configured to function as a closing mechanism. The said sheet is also adapted to have a rectangular bottom portion. The said bottom portion is conformed to position the back and the front portions in a lateral likeness which separates the back and the front portions to produce a compartment. The back portion has a supplementary portion. The said supplementary portion encompasses a multitude of single portions separated by fold lines;
each fold line runs laterally across the width of the supplementary portion. Each said single portion is separated into a multitude of cigarette filter tips by serrated lines which run laterally to the fold lines. Each cigarette filter tip portion is proportioned to be adapted into a cigarette filter tip.

The second purpose is to accommodate an adhesive backing 60 used to stick the cigarette filter tip dispenser for a hand rolled cigarette to the back of a cigarette filter dispenser. The second main portion shown as item 30 consists of a plurality of cigarette filter tips 34. Each cigarette filter tip 34 is adapted to be shapeable into single cigarette filter tips. Each cigarette filter tip 34 consists of a rigid piece of paper, having a width and a length.
The second main portion 30 consists of a sheet of paper 31 having a primary end 32 which is fixed to the first main portion 20. The sheet of paper 31 consists of single removable cigarette filter sections 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47. Each of the single removable cigarette filter sections consist of single removable cigarette filter tips 34 which are formed by frangible lines. The sheet of paper 31 consists of single filter sections 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 by folding along frangible lines 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 and 57 appropriately. Filter sections 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 are designed so they can be folded onto one another to form a mass, then folded onto the inside face of the first main portion 20. The first main portion 20 is comprised of a cover portion 4.
14 which is attached by an edge portion 11, formed by frangible lines 12 and 13, and a rear face 21. Edge portion 11 is reasonably wide to enable cover portion 14 to fold over filter sections 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 when they are folded in their mass like fashion. The width of edge portion 11 between lines 12 and 13 is greater than the collective bundle of filter sections 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 as shown in figure 2. The cover portion 14 has a closing tab 18 which is attached by an edge portion 15, formed by frangible lines 16 and 17. Edge portion 15 is sufficiently wide to fold over the accumulative thickness of filter sections 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 and the thickness of first main portion 20. The width of edge portion 15 between lines 16 and 17 is greater than the collective bundle of filter sections 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 and first main portion 20 as shown in figure 2 and 3. Closing tab 18 is configured to fold over onto the top of first main portion 20 to secure the entire envelope as shown in figure 2 and 3.
