MÉCANISME POUR OUVRIR ET REFERMER LE TOIT D'UN ABRI-JARDIN

La présente invention concerne un système qui permet d°ouvrir et refermer le toit en toile d'un abri ayant la forme d'une tente, sous lequel on peut installer un spa ou des meubles extérieurs, comme par exemple une table et des chaises de patio, ou causeuses ou sofas.
CONTEXTE DE L'INVENTION
Les abris de jardin ayant la forme d'une tente sont connus depuis longtemps.
Une tente de jardin typique est un abri saisonnier provisoire pourvu d'un toit, où
l'on peut manger, se baigner ou se détendre à couvert, que Ion ir~staüe généralement dans une cour arrière de maison. Cette tente est disponible dans différentes grandeurs et peut aussi être utilisée dans des terrasses de restaurant ou d'hotels.
Cet abri est appuyé sur quatre montants, formé d'un toit porté par des supports, servant de lieu de détente à l'abri du soleil et de la pluie. Ä celui-ci, on peut accrocher différents rideaux selon les besoins du consornateur, comme par exemple des rideaux moustiquaire; ou en toile ou transparents en mica.
Certains types de toile de toit ne supportent pas le poids de la neige. Ainsi, dans les régions froides on doit donc enlever la toile de sa structure avant la période de neige et la ré-installer après la période de neige.
SOMMAIRE DE L'INVENTION
La présente invention concerne un mécanisme pour ouvrir et refermer un toit d'un abri, le mécanisme comprenant:
une charnière ayant une première partie apte à étre fixé sur un côté de l'abri et une deuxième partie apte à pivoter par rapport à la premiére partïe;
une première série d'arceaux aptes à supporter le toit de l'abri et qui sont reliés de manière pivotante à la première parfile de la charnière;
une deuxième série d'arceaux aptes à supporter le toit de !'abri et qui sont reliés de manière pivotante à la deuxième partie de la charnière; et un levier relié à deuxième partie de la charnière pour ouvrir et refermer le toit. MECHANISM TO OPEN AND REFER THE ROOF OF A SHELTER
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a mechanism for opening and closing a roof a shelter, the mechanism comprising:
a hinge having a first portion adapted to be attached to one side of the shelter and a second portion rotatable relative to the first part;
a first series of arches able to support the roof of the shelter and which are pivotally connected to the first hinge of the hinge;
a second series of arches able to support the roof of the shelter and which are pivotally connected to the second part of the hinge; and a lever connected to the second part of the hinge to open and close the roof.

DESCRIPTION DÉTAILLÉE DE L'INVENTION
En référence à la Figure 1, on montre un abri de jardin ayant un toit 1 qui est pourvu d'un mécanisme pour ouvrir et fermer le toit 1 selon une réalisation préférentielle de l'invention. Le toit 1 comporte une toile amovible qui repose sur une structure qui est à son tour supportée par quatre montants 2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring to Figure 1, there is shown a garden shed having a roof 1 which is provided with a mechanism for opening and closing the roof 1 according to an embodiment preferred embodiment of the invention. Les trois autres arceaux 19, 21, 23 sont attachés de manière pivotante à l'aide de bougons 12 dans des trous correspondants de la deuxième pièce 7. L'arceau 21 qui est boulonné à la pièce est préférablement l'endroit stratégique pour faire basculer facilement les arceaux les uns sur les autres. On attache à travers le même boulon 12 l'arceau 21 et un tuyau 25 par un trou déjà positionné au centre de la pièce 7. Le tuyau 25 est aussi attaché à l'extrémité de l'arceau 21. Le tuyau 25 éfant donc fixé à l'arceau 27 et au centre de la pièce ï est prolongé d'environ quatre pieds et sert de levier, permettant facilement de faire plier tous les arceaux les uns sur les autres.
En référence aux Figures 4 à 7, on montre que l'opératian du levier 25 par un utilisateur permet d'ouvrir le toit 1. Pour fermer la toile du toit 1, il faut faire pivoter le levier 25 dans le sens contraire.
L'abri de jardin pourvu du mécanisme selon la présente invention a l'avantage que l'on n'a plus besoin d'enlever la toile de sa structure avant la période de neïge et la ré-installer après la période de neige. En effet, cet abri permet d'ouvrir et refermer rapidement et très facilement le toit à n'importe quel moment de l'annëe.
Bien que la présente invention ait été expliquée ci-dessus par un mode de réalisation préférentiel, on doit comprendre que l'invention n°est pas limitée à cette réalisation précise et que divers changements et modifications peuvent être effectués à celle-ci sans s'écarter de la portée ou de l'esprit de l'invention. 3 interconnected by a hinge 9. The garden shed provided with the mechanism according to the present invention has the advantage than there is no need to remove the canvas from its structure before the period of negege and the re-install after the snow period. Indeed, this shelter allows to open and close quickly and very easily the roof at any time of the year.
Although the present invention has been explained above by a method of preferred embodiment, it should be understood that the invention is not limited to this precise realization and that various changes and modifications can be made to it without departing from the scope or spirit of the invention.
