Abstract

Cette invention concerne des levés géophysiques aériens ainsi que le traitement de données magnétiques vectorielles obtenues à partir de ces levés pour supprimer l'effet de l'aéronef. Des coefficients représentant les effets magnétiques permanents et induits sont calculés à partir des données obtenues pendant un vol d'étalonnage par rapport au système de coordonnées de l'aéronef. Un vol d'étude géophysique aérienne est ensuite effectué et les effets magnétiques permanents et induits sont supprimés des données du vol d'étude dans le système de coordonnées de l'aéronef. Les données du vol d'étude corrigées subissent une rotation dans le système de coordonnées NED et l'effet des courants de Foucault est supprimé de ces données corrigées dans le système de coordonnées NED.
