Description

BOITE DE RANGEMENT POUR TIROIR
Il est proposé une boîte de rangement en plastique pour effectuer le rangement de petites pièces à
l'intérieur de tiroirs industriels. Cette boîte est très fonctionnelle relativement à ce que fon rencontre sur le marché.
Les coins intérieurs (1) de la boite sont arrondis de façon importante afin de faciliter la prise de petits objets qui autrement reste pris dans les coins et sont difficile à
ramasser. Ces arrondis facilitent également le nettoyage de l'intérieur de la boîte.
Des pattes (2) sont ajoutées dans les coins afin d'augmenter la stabilité de la boîte et éviter qu'elle ait tendance à basculer lorsqu'elle est haute et étroite.
Une languette verticale (3) est ajoutée à l'arrière de la boîte de manière à
pouvoir l'accrocher sur n'importe quel rebord d'acier. La boîte peut donc non seulement être déposée sur une surface plane mais également suspendue sur un mur ou autres endroits.
Un problème que fon rencontre avec ce type de boîte est que lorsqu'elles sont utilisées dans un tiroir et que le tiroir est fermé brusquement, les boîtes ont tendance à
embarquer l'une sur l'autre et à causer ensuite un problème d°interférence lors de l'ouverture du tiroir. Des petits crochets (4) sont ajoutés sur la languette arrière de la boîte, qui viennent s'insérer en dessous d'une coche (5) dans la paroi avant de la boîte empêchant l'empilement de se produire.
Une rainure (6) est ajoutée dans la partie inférieure des parois latérales ainsi qu'une fente triangulaire (7) dans la partie supérieure des parois latérales. Ceci permet d'ajouter des séparateurs (8) et diviseurs (9) dans la boîte afm de la diviser en compartiments plus petits. La rainure inférieure permet de bien soutenir le bas des séparateurs alors que la forme triangulaire de la fente supérieure permet d'éviter que les parois latérales ne s'écartent et empêche ainsi les séparateurs de se désengager.
Des languettes verticales (10) sont ajoutées à l'extérieur des parois latérales de la boîte. Ces languettes servent de butées lorsqu'on empile les boîtes afin d'éviter qu'il se produise une succion et que les boîtes soient difficiles à séparer lorsqu'elles sont empilées.
La paroi arrière est légèrement plus élevé que les parois avant et de côté et comporte une face plus inclinée vers l'arrière (11). Ceci permet de coller une étiquette d'identification du contenu de la boîte qui demeure visible même si la boîte est complètement remplie.
