Abstract
The jewelers, who make the jewels, and the lapidaries, who carve the diamonds and precious stones, design their models in such a way as to pass the more possible light through these diamonds and these precious stones. In effect, the light helps to shine diamonds and gems and makes the more dazzling and more beautiful jewels. Moreover, that is why designers provide one or more openings on the underside of jewelry to to pass the light through (Figure I).
Description
01io4' However, these openings are often small, and do not allow pass a lot of light. Also, these openings let in dirt such that the dust, sweat, remnants of cosmetics,. .. etc. With the time, this dirt accumulates on the lower sides of the gemstones (Figure 2).
Because of this accumulation, the undersides of the precious stones become opaque, greatly reducing the passage of light through these stones.
Moreover, the lower sides of the stones are not easily accessible for to be cleaned. As a result, over time, jewelry becomes less in less brilliant.
We propose in our invention a method which is the first in its kind in the world of jewelry. This method consists of ~ Provide a light source independent of natural light exterior to shine diamonds and other precious stones in the jewelry industry.
~ Protect the lower sides of diamonds and gemstones against the accumulation of dirt in order to keep the stones clean for better shine.

r Descriptive memory Our method is to place a miniature artificial light source (by example, light-emitting diodes) inside the compartment Reserve the placement of the diamond or gemstone. This light source is powered by a miniature dry battery that is recessed and hidden in the jewelry metal.
Figure 3 illustrates, by way of example only, two light sources artifacts placed below the gemstone.
Since the light source replaces the natural light, it is not more necessary to provide small openings on the underside of jewelry.
With our invention, the inner compartment of the jewel is completely closed.
So, the underside of the stones is protected from dirt and remains clean for better make shine the jewels.
A very small switch can be placed in the lower part of bïjou (to one discreet position according to the jewels) to allow the wearer to jewel operate the light source or turn it off to save the battery power consumption Benefits and utilities ~ The invention makes it possible to shine the jewels with an independence of the surrounding natural light.
~ It is possible to control the brilliance of diamonds and piers valuable by controlling the intensity of artificial light.
~ II keeps clean the underside of precious stones and therefore preserve their brilliance.
~ Simplicity of design ~ Less manufacturing cost ~ Experts use an artificial outdoor light to analyze the authenticity and purity of diamonds and precious stones.
Since our invention provides an artificial light of inside, the process of authentication and analysis of the degree of purity of gemstones is therefore simplified.
