Abstract

Les doses posologiques sont identifiées en fonction d'une comparaison des paramètre de l'état de surface. On mesure un ou des paramètres suivants de l'état de surface: 1) la hauteur moyenne entre les crêtes et les creux (Rz); 2) la hauteur moyenne géométrique à partir d'une ligne médiane (Rq); 3) la hauteur de crête de profil maximum (Rp); 4) la profondeur de rugosité (Rt); 5) la rugosité par moyenne arithmétique. On détermine les paramètres d'état de surface d'une première forme posologique et on les compare aux paramètres d'une deuxième forme posologique. Ce procédé fournit un moyen de conférer une <=empreinte digitale>= aux formes posologiques pour aider à l'identification de médicaments adultérés ou à étiquettes falsifiées. En outre, on peut déterminer diverses caractéristiques concernant la composition et le procédé de fabrication de la forme posologique par le procédé quantitatif.
