Abstract

An injection molding hot runner apparatus comprising a manifold and a nozzle located in a opening in a mold plate, including a nozzle flange located between the manifold and the mold plate, the nozzle flange sealing an upper end of the nozzle relative to the manifold, the upper end of the nozzle being vertically slidable within the nozzle flange.

Claims

WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. An injection molding hot runner apparatus comprising a manifold and a nozzle located in a opening in a mold plate, including a nozzle flange located between the manifold and the mold plate, the nozzle flange sealing are upper end of the nozzle relative to the manifold, the upper end of the nozzle being vertically slidable within the nozzle flange.
