Abstract
L'invention concerne l'amélioration d'un système de fractionnement/flottaison qui permet la séparation de liquide renfermant des particules de masse et de gravité spécifique variables. Une cuve de réaction comprend une colonne de fractionnement et une chambre d'agrégation de mousse surmontant la colonne. Le liquide qui renferme les déchets est pompé dans la colonne de fractionnement via une première admission et une seconde admission situées en des points intermédiaires, sachant que la première admission a un emplacement plus haut que la seconde. Un gaz réducteur de déchets est injecté dans la seconde admission immédiatement avant l'entrée du liquide dans la colonne de fractionnement. L'appareil de séparation comprend un passage allongé, une première lèvre par dessus laquelle s'écoule le liquide qui contient les particules, et une seconde lèvre, inférieure à la première lèvre, pour l'écoulement du même liquide. Le flux est dévié dans le passage par une conduite d'aspiration. Le liquide se trouvant à l'intérieur de cette conduite contient des particules de masse ou de gravité spécifique inférieures. Le liquide qui renferme les particules de masse ou de gravité spécifique supérieures s'écoule par dessus la seconde lèvre.
