Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité mobile de criblage (1) destinée à cribler un matériau en vrac. Cette unité comprend un premier (11) et un second (13) crible, ainsi qu'un cadre support allongé mobile (15) présentant un axe longitudinal. Le premier crible (11) est monté sur le cadre support et s'étend de façon longitudinale sur celui-ci. Le premier crible (11) comprend un orifice d'entrée (19) destiné à recevoir le matériau en vrac renfermant des particules de grande, moyenne et petite tailles. Le premier crible (11) comprend également un premier orifice de sortie (21) permettant de libérer des particules de grande taille et un second orifice de sortie (23) permettant de libérer des particules de petite et moyenne tailles. Le premier crible est utilisé pour cribler le matériau en vrac le long d'une première direction (25) sensiblement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du cadre support. Le second crible (13) est monté sur le cadre support et s'étend de façon longitudinale sur celui-ci. Le second crible (13) présente un orifice d'entrée (27) destiné à recevoir des particules de moyenne et petite tailles transportées à partir du premier crible (11) et également un premier orifice de sortie (29) permettant de libérer des particules de moyenne taille, ainsi qu'un second orifice de sortie (31) permettant de libérer des particules de petite taille. Le second crible est utilisé pour cribler les particules de moyenne taille des particules de petite taille le long d'une seconde direction (33) sensiblement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du cadre support. L'unité mobile de criblage permet de cribler un matériau en vrac renfermant des particules de sensiblement la même taille.
