DESCRIPTION SOMMAIRE
La présente invention concerne la distribution de la masse des particules sous forme d'un rideau. Cette masse des particules est par la suite brisée et diluée par le principe d'accélération en chute libre et par l'ajout d'un ou de plusieurs déflecteurs. Au point de dilution désiré de la masse il y a l'injection d'une forte pression d'air à faible volume pour séparer les particules de 0 à 10 millimètres, des particules plus grossières.
Cet équipement traite jusqu'à 2 000 tonnes par heure avec un faible volume d'air aspiré. L'air injecté sous forte pression est dirigé directement au travers du rideau formé par la masse des particules et déloge les particules de moins de millimètres. La force de l'air détermine la granulométrie des particules à
enlever et le pourcentage d'efficacité. L'air sous pression est de l'air dit primaire et aucun air secondaire n'est nécessaire pour la séparation.

La masse initiale des particules est acheminée directement dans une benne de réception avec déflecteurs et transférée dans une boite de chute permettant la dilution du rideau et la mise en place des éjecteurs d'air à pression. Les particules ainsi éjectées se retrouvent dans des réceptacles à décantation à
même l'équipement qui récupèrent les particules de moins de 10 millimètres.
Une ventilation (aspiration) minimale est ajoutée pour récupérer les matières fines demeurées en suspension.
Cet équipement compact permet de traiter de grands volumes de granulats et est muni de diverses sections tant que pour les granulats traités que pour les granulats séparés.
La conception de cet équipement élimine en grande partie la problématique de l'usure prématurée des pièces.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to the distribution of the mass of the particles under shape of a curtain. This mass of particles is subsequently broken up and diluted by the principle of acceleration in free fall and by the addition of one or many deflectors. At the desired mass dilution point there is the injection of a strong low volume air pressure to separate particles from 0 to 10 millimeters, coarser particles.
This equipment processes up to 2,000 tonnes per hour with a low volume air aspirated. The air injected under high pressure is directed directly through the curtain formed by the mass of particles and dislodges particles less than millimeters. The air force determines the particle size of the particles to remove and the percentage of effectiveness. Pressurized air is said air primary and no secondary air is required for separation.

The initial mass of the particles is conveyed directly into a grab reception with deflectors and transferred to a drop box allowing the dilution of the curtain and the installation of pressure air ejectors. The particles thus ejected are found in settling receptacles at even equipment that collects particles smaller than 10 millimeters.
Minimal ventilation (suction) is added to recover materials fines remained in suspension.
This compact equipment can handle large volumes of aggregates and is with various sections both for the treated aggregates and for the separate aggregates.
The design of this equipment largely eliminates the problem of premature wear of parts.
