The operator establishes the Sports event type, participants (team or individuals names), marker pricing, odds & payouts and duration of each game.
Data Elements The core data element captured for storage and program use are as follows:
Garne Parameters Sporting Event Type Sporting Event Narne Sporting Event Pre-Game Duration Sporting Event Game Duration Participants Name Participant Ranking Original Marker Price Current Marker Price Market Price History Marker Quantity Game Parameter Acceptance Flag Aggregate Markers Sold by Participant Aggregate Markers held by Player Markers Available for Sale Percent subscribed for each Participant Total Dollars bet on each Participant Payout values by <hder _Special Data Element Bid Exclusive Flag Bid Exclusive Timer Bid Exclusive Buying Player Bib Exclusive Selling Player Bid Exclusive Selling Price Bid Exclusive Buying Price Player Parameters Player Name Player Address Player City Player ProvincelState Player Country Code Player Country Player Postal Code Player 'telephone Number Player Mobile Phone Number Player Email Address Player Instant Message ID

MAS developed into two major components. 'The first component is the game management and utility system. This system allows the operator to set the parameters of game play and determine profitability through sensitivity logic. The second component is the player interface system. This is a browser-based system with integrated wire and wireless messaging features.
Operator Administration System (UNlity) and Profit Analysis System The operator enters the game parameters into the Operator Administration Systems (OAS) through a secure telecommunications link. Operator authentication is accomplished through Secure Card ID
Algorithm, user id and password.
The operator inputs the event type and name, participants involved in ranked order, the marker price, number of markers per participant and the time parameters. The operator sets the number of winning payout places and the payout for each place. The marker price and quantity can be set manually for each individual participant or automatically through embedded algorithms to determine price and quantity.
Upon submission of the data parameters the Profit Analysis System (PAS) is invoked to forecast profitability of the game. The operator can sensitize the analysis be selecting different algorithm sets to determine the probably percentage sold for each participant. The program will display the estimated profit outcome based on the predicted sales. The operator can then modify any of the input parameters and re-run the PAS to display the new results. This process can be repeated until the operator has the desired result. The operator can then accept the game criteria. The information is the set in a transaction file for approval and acceptance.
Approval and acceptance of the criteria is accomplished through a separate audited user id that requires an access card to activate. Once the criteria have been accepted then the information is posted to the game site. Players will not be able to play the game until the prescribed start date and time have been reached as set in the OAS.
Planers Subscription and Interactive Game System To play a game the player must be registered through the operator's registration web site or through the MAS registration web site. The registered player must open up an account through the operator's or MAS's e-commerce system and deposit funds prior to any marker purchases or funds withdrawals as depicted in Figure 1.

When the game starts, registered players login to the game through the Interactive Game system (IGS) and are eligible to purchase markers from the operator's Betting Office (BO) during the pre-game time period specified by the operator. The player's account is automatically debited once the transaction has been confirmed. There are no restrictions on the number of markers or the number of participants that a player can purchase provided the player has sufficient funds in their account to complete the transaction.
Marker purchases are made through the BO order entry sub-system, which requires player confirmation id to complete the transaction. 'The player's MyBets screen will display the number of markers and unit price for each participant the player has purchased.
Once the event starts the players can no longer purchase markers from the BO.
The player may only purchase or sell their markers to other players through a Buy/Sell order entry sub-system. This function replicates a standard ask/bid transaction set.
During the game Player will be able to access price history information on the markers relating to each participant.
A player may request a Bid Exclusive (BE), as detailed in Figure 3, for a posted selling transaction.
In this instance, the seller is notified via a notification process that a buyer is requesting exclusive price negotiations as detailed in Figure 2. If the seller is unavailable a message is sent back to the buyer. The buyer may elect to cancel the BE request or to have the BE request pending for when the seller is available.
On a pending BE request, once the seller logs in a notification message is automatically sent to the buyer informing them that the selling player is now available for negotiations. Both parties will have an opt-in or cancel process for the pending BE request.
If the seller is available when the BE request is made then the seller has the option to accept or reject the BE request. If the seller rejects the bid exclusive request then the buyer is immediately norified through a notification message and the seller's transaction remains open for sale.
If the seller accepts the buyer's BE request then the order will be removed from general sale to all players. The buyer and seller will have a preset time limit to negotiate a firm price. Either player may abort the transaction at any time during the negotiations process up and until the offer has been accepted by the seller.
For non-BE sales transactions, the transaction will be matched based on an exact price or the mid-point between the seller and buyer where the buyer's purchasing price is greater than the seller's offering price. Funds will be pre-authorized for buying transactions until there is a matching sale or the buying transaction is canceled or expires. For completed transactions the pre-authorized funds will be removed from the player's account. For canceled or expired buying transactions the pre-authorization hold will be canceled and the fund returned to the player's account.
At the end of the game the system automatically cancel all unfilled transactions. It will complete any in-flight transactions that have been match prior to the close of the game. The GIS will automatically calculate the payouts based on the payout criteria set in advance of the game, through the OAS, to the players who posses those marker of winning participants.
Payouts will be made within 24 hours of the game's conclusion directly to the player's registered account.

RenortinQ and Monitoring During the pre-game and game play period the operator will have a set of on-line real-time monitoring tools to monitor and manage all aspects of the game. The operator will not be able to change any game parameters once play has commenced.
The operator will receive electronic reports of all game operations, cash management and player activity in a summarized and drill-down display. The operator can generate their own electronic reports from the game and player data.

Market Action Sports (MAS) is a utility software and method for sports betting, wnicri allows for the dynamic creation, management and deletion of sports betting games and the settlement.
