Abstract

A kind of device that automatically releases cleaning liquid into the toilet water tank after every flush. The device is composed of refillable and replaceable detergent container, suspension hooks, detergent release valve and floating body, The change of water levels in the tank triggers the device to release a predetermined amount of cleaning liquid during every flush cycle.

Description

Specification:
This invention provides an easy way to create a kind of low cost sanitary device for cleaning of toilet tank and bowl. Dispensing multi-purpose detergent directly into flushing tank will prevent the growth of harmful bacteria, clean the toilet bowl with every flush, eliminate odors and also, can act as an air freshener.
Characteristics-1: This device is suspended inside the toilet water tank. The detergent container is higher than the water surface. The floating body is leveled under the water surface when the toilet tank is full.
Characteristic-2: When the water tank drains, the water level goes down. The gravity and inner spring will force the floating body drop downward, and then, drive the release valve to increase its volume and allow more detergent to enter the valve.
Characteristic-3: The exit of the container is pointing down and connected to the detergent release valve. The detergent can flow into the valve by gravity.
When the detergent level, which is inside the valve, is with the level of the outlet of the container, detergent will stop flowing out from the container.
Characteristic-4: When the water level rises, it will force the floating body up and the floating body will force the detergent out from the release valve and drop into the water.
Characteristics-S: The detergent can be refilled and the container can be replaced.

Claims (7)

1. A device that can automatically release a predetermined amount of multi-purpose detergent into toilet water tank during every flush cycle. The general structure of this device is illustrated in figure 1.
2. A device as defined in claim 1, has a refillable and replaceable container, in which stores a certain amount of liquid detergent. The container is suspended inside the toilet water tank and outlet downward.
3. A device as defined in claim 1, has a release valve, which is placed under the container and combined with a feeding tube on which has a groove to give a fluid path to the valve's outlet. As illustrated in figure 3, the valve is coupled with an upper part, said container's outlet; and a lower part, said charging room of the release valve. The lower part can slide up and down corresponding to the upper part. There is a spring inside the charging room to give a departure force to the lower part of the valve.
4. A device as defined in claim 1, consists of a floating body, which has lower mass density than water, is under the release valve and will merge into the water when toilet tank is full.
5. A device as defined in claim 3, said release valve, in which the container's outlet is set at a certain level inside the charging room of the release valve. The liquid detergent, which is stored in the container, will flow down into the charging room until the liquid level reach the level of the container's outlet.
6. A device as defined in claim 3, said charging room, will increase its inner volume by the force of gravity and the spring inside the valve when the water level of the toilet tank drops down. Therefore, the charging room can get a certain amount of liquid detergent from the container
7. A device as defined in claim 4, said floating body, will be forced up by the water charging into the toilet tank. It will then, push the lower part of release valve, said charging room go up and force the detergent, which is inside the charging room, flow out from the outlet of the valve. The water will then, be mixed with a certain amount of detergent.
