Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de déploiement actif (10, 10') comprenant un système de vérin passif (410) relié à un système de vérin actif (400). Le système de vérin passif, qui comprend un accumulateur pré-chargé (440), assure un équilibrage des charges pour le dispositif ou pour toute autre masse/charge déployée. La pression exercée sur l'extrémité fermée des vérins passifs accompagne la charge (60), de telle sorte que le vérin passif se trouve en position équilibrée à mi-course, la charge étant suspendue au bout d'un câble (30). Un ensemble réa (120, 130), placé aux extrémités opposées de la combinaison vérin passif/vérin actif, permet d'introduire un multiplicateur de course de ligne pour le déplacement du vérin. Le vérin actif est actionné par commande hydraulique de manière à ajouter ou à retirer une charge au/du système de vérin passif, afin d'obtenir un équilibre compensateur. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à mesurer un mouvement de soulèvement (vitesse et direction), puis à ajuster la force de tension appliquée sur le câble (30) lorsque on détermine que la vitesse de soulèvement est supérieure à la vitesse critique présélectionnée.
