Abstract
L'invention, dans un mode de réalisation, concerne un procédé et un système de traitement d'une image enregistrée par un dispositif de formation d'images. Le procédé est formé des étapes suivantes : a) fournir une image contenant un ensemble d'éléments adjacents, chacun correspondant à une partie respective de l'image et comportant une valeur d'intensité respective associée à cette dernière (400), b) traiter les valeurs d'intensité afin de déterminer une valeur de contraste d'intensité pour chaque élément respectif conformément aux différences de valeurs d'intensité entre les éléments adjacents respectifs (402), c) déterminer une valeur de profondeur pour chaque élément correspondant à la distance entre le dispositif de formation d'images et au moins une partie d'un objet formant des images représenté dans l'image par l'élément respectif (404), d) traiter les valeurs de profondeur pour déterminer une valeur de contraste de profondeur pour chaque élément respectif conformément aux différences de valeurs de profondeur entre les éléments adjacents respectifs (406), et traiter ces valeurs de contraste d'intensité et les valeurs de contraste de profondeur pour identifier au moins une zone de l'image correspondant à un ou à plusieurs objets dans l'image étant traitée (408). Cette dernière étape peut être un processus de diffusion non linéaire dans lequel les variations des valeurs de niveau de gris sont diffusées dans les régions correspondant à des objets ou à l'arrière-plan et améliorées dans les régions correspondant aux limites des objets.
