Cette invention concerne aussi des amorces et des sondes spécifiques aux allèles s'hybridant à des régions adjacentes à ces sites ou contenant ces sites . On utilise ces acides nucléiques, ces amorces et ces sondes dans des applications telles que les corrélations phénotypiques, la médecine légale, la recherche de paternité, la médecine et les analyses génétiques.
