Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé permettant d'afficher simultanément des noms d'article (301) et les fichiers associés en réponse à une recherche d'utilisateur (305) sur une base de données. Un utilisateur effectue une demande de recherche courante (305) sur une base de données ou un groupe de base de données d'articles contenant, par exemple, des documents-texte ou leurs concordances alphabétiques. En réponse à la demande d'utilisateur, le moteur de recherche renvoie une liste d'articles. Contrairement à la liste standard des identificateurs d'articles, l'appareil affiche tant les identificateurs que des parties choisies de ces articles (305) ou d'autres informations utiles, telles que définies par l'utilisateur, facilitant ainsi un examen rapide. Afin d'expédier l'examen, l'utilisateur peut trier la liste de ces articles réactifs de différentes manières, soit avant la recherche, soit dans la liste de résultats.
