Abstract

La présente invention concerne un protocole permettant d'empêcher une partie de se dédire à la suite d'une transaction électronique déjà exécutée. Ce protocole permet de sécuriser un commerce électronique sur Internet sans nécessairement recourir à une tierce partie de confiance. Dans ce protocole, une partie émettrice émet en direction d'une partie réceptrice un premier message crypté qui inclut un produit souhaité crypté avec une clé requise, celle-ci n'étant pas incluse dans ce message. La partie réceptrice utilise ce premier message crypté comme preuve de non répudiation à l'émission, c'est à dire comme preuve de non répudiation que la partie émettrice a envoyé la transaction. La partie réceptrice émet en direction de la partie réceptrice un deuxième message demandant la clé requise. La partie émettrice peut se servir de ce deuxième message comme preuve de non répudiation à la réception, c'est à dire comme preuve de non répudiation que la partie réceptrice à reçu la transaction. La partie émettrice publie ensuite un troisième message avec la clé requise sur son propre site web, et on demande à la partie réceptrice d'aller chercher ce troisième message sur ce site web. Ce protocole assure par conséquent la non répudiation à l'émission et à la réception sans impliquer une tierce partie de confiance dans cette transaction électronique.
