Abstract

La présente invention concerne un processus de fabrication de ciment de maçonnerie, de ciment mortier, de ciment à stuc (appelé également ciment plastique) de qualité ASTM et des produits eux même qui sont utiles dans la fabrication de mortiers de qualité ASTM destinés à la maçonnerie ou de stucs de qualité ASTM qui sont utiles au crépissage. Ces ciment sont classés parmi les ciments hydrauliques et sont fabriqués avec des pouzzolanes, telles qu'une pouzzolane naturelle et des cendres volantes, du ciment de Portland, de la chaux éteinte, et un agent d'occlusion. D'autres additifs, tels que des fibres, peuvent être ajoutés de façon à modifier encore les propriétés de ces ciments. Les pouzzolanes jouent plus un rôle de composants fonctionnels dans ce mélange que de matière de charge. A tel point que l'on peut produire des ciment dont les concentrations en pouzzolane sont supérieure à 25 %, voire davantage.
