The main unit according to the embodiment of the invention is the splitting of the drinking cup into at least two sections by virtue of splitting means, and confinement of the drink extract in one of these sections.
Accordingly, it is possible to form many embodiments for the said splitting s means.
In an embodiment for instance, a barrier surface like a bracket in a section preferably close to the base in the drinking cup, called reservoir, is formed.
Beneath that, in the production phase a further perforated structure (this may alternatively be called filtering unit) is placed. The said barrier surface may be ~o attached to the reservoir by a proper connection method, and it may be applied by simply tightening, as well. The said barrier surface may be fixed to the base of the reservoir by a downward projecting part .
In another embodiment as an example, the said splitting means have a perforated structure, and the said perforated structure contains locking means, ~s in contact with the locking foot formed above the said reservoir.
In the embodiment, the said splitting means is formed, in the first and the second section (5,6), consisting of one piece with the said section to contain a perforated structure (7). Thus two different sections are joined into one with a proper connection method.
2o It is obvious that the embodiments mentioned above, and their counterparts may be made of plastics, wood, glass, paper, metal and derivatives or alloys of these materials, and that said splitting means may be embodied in a single part or more than one part separately or solidly.
The purposes, aspects, and the advantages of the present invention will be 2s better understood, when a structural embodiment, shown by the annexed drawings and given only as an example, is explained.
The present invention is described in detail, based on an application example, taking the drawings as a reference.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Figure 1 shows a disassembled cross-section view of the embodiment that does not allow a secondary usage thereof. The drink (1) to be consumed is collected in a reservoir (2). The said reservoir (2) is split into two sections by a splitting s plane (3), as the first (6) and second section (5).
Ready drinking extracts in bags (tea, linden tea, rose hip, etc.) to be drunk hot or cold are placed in the second section (5).
A filtering element (7), that does not allow the solid substances to pass thereof, but allows the liquid to pass, is placed between the second (5) and the first to sections (6).
The second section (5) where the drink extract (4) is placed is formed as follows: There is a sudden contraction of diameter on the splitting plane (3) that forms the base of the first section (6). By placing drink extract (4) in the lower base of the first section (8), and covering the drink extract (4) with the filtering ~s unit (7), the lower base section (8) is joined to the body (9) by employing a connection technique suitable for the chosen material. As consequence of this joining procedure, the drink extract (4) in tea bag is placed in the second section, without making a secondary usage possible. That is, it is not possible to reach the drink extract without destroying either the body (9) or the lower base 20 (8) section.
Figure 2 shows the assembled pattern of the parts with the liquid (1) in the reservoir (2), after mounting procedure.
Figure 3 depicts a mounted cross-section view of the embodiment realized without using filtering unit (7). In the absence of a filtering unit, the object of the 2s filtering unit (7) is realized by liquid passage tracks (12) formed on the body (9).
By joining the lower base (8) section with the body (9), two sections are formed named the first (6) and the second section (5).

Figure 4 illustrates an alternative embodiment for the invention. Again, the reservoir (2) is split into two by a splitting plane (3) as the first (6) and the second section (5), but there is not any contraction in the diameter. A
tightening surface is formed by virtue of tightening wings (10) surrounding the filtering unit s (7). The tightening surface (11 ) is sloped a little, which is tightened by repressing the filtering unit (7) in the reservoir (2) and fixes the filtering unit.
After fixing, the reservoir (2) is split into two sections, namely the first (6) and the second section (5). Only a reversible liquid passage is realized between these two reservoirs, via the liquid passage tracks (12). The structure of the ~o filtering unit prevents passage of solids.
The filtering unit (7) has liquid passage tracks (12) formed on the surface thereof. These tracks (12) does not prevent liquid passage, but since they are scattered on the surface, they do not allow any solid substance to pass.
Another alternative embodiment is depicted in Figure 5. Therein the fixing of is filtering unit and the splitting of the reservoir (2) into two sections (6,5) is realized by tightening, this takes place when the locking feet (14) formed on the filtering unit enters into the locking ratchets (13) formed on the body (9).
Figures 6 and 7 illustrate an embodiment wherein the filtering unit (7) and the extract are placed in a bracket with trotters (15) and wherein the same is fixed 2o by ultrasonic welding or attached with glue, In this embodiment, the filtering unit (7) is formed by virtue of confining the extract (4) in a reservoir (5) at the bottom (8) of the cup, namely the lower base (8) in a bracket (15). Therein the hot or cold liquid (1) poured into the first section (6) by passing through liquid passage tracks (12), reaches to the bagged or free drink extract (4) in the substances in 2s the extract into the liquid to be consumed (1). Furthermore, the liquid passage tracks released state of the filtering unit (7) in the second section (5), the liquid (1 ) to be consumed in the first section (5) easily interacts with the extract (4) at the same time its piston-like movements provides a more rapid circulation of the liquid flowing from the liquid passage tracks (12), thereby producing a fast growing of color, and a rapid brewing.
Figures 8 and 9 show the condition of the said bracket (15) produced with and without trotters. Here, again, the filtering unit (7) moves in the second section s (5).
Doubtlessly, the present invention cannot be limited to its different structural embodiments mentioned here. Many different embodiments may be designed by experts in order to form a first (6) and a second section (5).
