Abstract

La présente invention concerne un assemblage de siège (14), destiné à un véhicule automobile, pivotable entre une position assise et une position pliée et basculée. Cet assemblage (14) comprend un siège (18) et un dossier (20), en relation de connexion pivotante avec le siège, permettant le passage entre une position relevée d'occupation et une position pliée. L'assemblage de siège comprend un verrou de sécurité (46) supporté par le siège, pouvant pivoter entre une position de condamnation qui maintient l'assemblage de siège (14) solidaire du plancher de véhicule (16) et une position déverrouillée libérant l'assemblage de siège et permettant de le pivoter en position basculée. L'assemblage de siège comprend aussi un élément bloquant (70), couplé entre le dossier (20) et le verrou de sécurité (46), dont la mise en oeuvre permet, dans une première position de blocage, d'engager le dossier et d'empêcher le verrou de sécurité de libérer l'assemblage lorsque le dossier est en position relevée. Cet élément bloquant (70) permet aussi, dans une seconde position de blocage, d'engager le dossier dans la position pliée lorsque le verrou de sécurité est dans la position de libération, afin d'empêcher le dossier de revenir dans sa position relevée jusqu'à ce que le verrou de sécurité soit replacé dans sa position de condamnation, fixant l'assemblage de siège dans la position d'occupation.
