Abstract
This invention relates to men's under brief.
In a typical man's brief it is known to have the center front lie flat, this increases perspiration and decreases levels of comfort. This typical brief may contribute to infertility among men.
I believe that these disadvantages may be overcome by providing a brief that extends out the center front by providing a "pouch" to separate genitalia from groin. This design will decrease perspiration and increase comfort levels. This design may prove to be an aid in fertility among men.

Attention: Commissioner of Patents Please allow me to seek a patent on a "men's brief with pouch"
Ever since men's underwear has existed the style and the amount, or lack of, comfort has not changed.
Recent studies have shown that today's briefs may be linked to infertility among men. This new invention would overcome this problem eliminating a restrictive and uncomfortable brief, yes, boxers allow these as well but they do not offer support that this brief can offer.
We all know that men are not built flat below the waist, so why are their briefs designed flat? Why isn't there an alternative brief out in the market'? And why are men being made to purchase a brief which may eventually lead them to have problems with infertility'?
These are questions which I have asked myself. This is why I have designed an alternative in which the male genitalia are being supported in a pouch attached to a brief deign. This design allows better circulation, reduced perspiration and maximum support and comfort. It is also available to all sizes, it is new and unique.
Even though there has been a lot of time and energy spent on this design it still can not give me the ability to test the market. With this letter and attachments I am hoping that I will be considered a grant to pat~t.

Claims (3)
1. A man's under brief with extended contoured pouch in center front allowing penis and testicles to fit in, separating genitalia from groin.
2. A man's under brief described in claim 1, in which an extended pouch replaces the traditional flat center front.
3. A man's under brief as described in claim 1 and claim 2 in which a pouch is sewn between two side fronts and sewn to the under gusset eliminating center seams in front and in back. The only seams would be side seams, side seams on pouch, gusset inseam sewn to back, and two gusset seams sewn to center fronts and under pouch.
