Abstract
This is a new type of snow plowing machine. The snow plowing effect is achieved through the air pressure generated by the high spinning fan located in a half-closed housing. It is easy to manufacture, cost effective and the snow plowing effect is satisfactory.
It can also be used as an outdoor dust-cleaning device, especially for collecting leaves in the fall.
It can also be used as an outdoor dust-cleaning device, especially for collecting leaves in the fall.
Description
2. Specification 1 ) This invention relates to snow plowing device.
2) Most snow blowers available on the market are two-stage blowers. They use steel auger blades pitching snow up. Then, the high-speed impeller located directly behind the auger blasts snow up and out of an adjustable discharge chute.
When the snow reaches the fan, the density of the snow is much higher than its original states. This will increase the fan's workload.
Such snow blowers are popular in the market, since it is effective and well designed. However, it is expensive for household use.

Such snow blowers are popular in the market, since it is effective and well designed. However, it is expensive for household use.
3) The novel design for this patient would be able to keep the snow at its original density. The snow was blasted up through air pressure generated by the high-spinning fan, at one single stage. Since the snow at such state is fluffy, its density is low, the snow is easy to plow. The motor or engine used to power the fan is the same as the snow blowers mentioned at 2).
4) Figure I and Figure 2 shows the structure of this snow blower (Figure 1 & 2 attached).
(1) is the passive axle, with the fan attached (2). The passive axle goes through the back panel ( 12) and the bearing case ( 10). The axle connector ( 11 ) is located outside the housing. The motor or engine is connected to the connector, driving the snow blower.
The air current generated by the high-speed fan carries the snow through the directional discharge chute (4) up into the air. (5) is the upper arch panel, along with the back panel, forming a half open-faced housing. The air drawn into the housing from the front, accelerated by high-speed spinning fan, blows the snow up through the discharge chute. (6) is the protection panel for safety reasons. The protection panel is tiled, other than the protection, it can also separate the snow into two layers, reduce the workload of the fan. (7) is the iron shoe. When operating, the housing is slide on the ground, the iron shoes should be easily replaced because of wear and tear. (8) is the snow scrapper. The left over snow will be swiped by the scrapper and blown away. (9) is the supporting frame. It supports the back panel, the motor, or engine. The supporting frame has two wheels and a handle.
A motor or engine can power the snow blower device. When connected to a tractor that can provide the power, the snow blower can use two fans to increase the capacity (Figure 3).

5) Since the device is working through the strong air flow, it can also be used for outdoor dust cleaning, especially for collecting the leaves at fall.

Claims (3)
1) It is a novel type of snow blower. It consists of a half closed housing (motor or engine is mounted outside of the housing), high-speed fan, and directional discharge chute, etc.
2) The one stage snow plowing process as described in section 2 -specifications, instead of the conventional two stages snow plowing process.
3) The half closed housing is made of an arch-shaped steel plate, and a back panel.
The back panel has a bearing case mounted, and a supporting frame. The bearing case and the supporting frame can be welded or screwed on to the back panel. A
pair of iron shoes is mounted on the front bottom of the housing. Since the snow blower uses the iron shoes to slide on the ground. The iron shoes should be easy to replace. They are screwed on the housing. The lower part of the back panel is a snow scrapper. The snow scrapper is made of spring steel plate. It is screwed on the back panel. The fan blades are made of iron plate, or other kinds of steel plate. The protection panel is located at the front of the housing. It is made of steel plate. The protection panel can be either fixed, or adjustable to form a different angle by fixing the front end and adjust the other end to different height.
Its front edge can be straight or saw shape. The saw shape is good for leaves collecting.
