Abstract
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé, selon lesquels plusieurs dispositifs de télétransmission communiquent de manière asynchrone avec une ou plusieurs stations réceptrices. Les émetteurs sont des unités relativement peu onéreuses qui font appel à des circuits de base de temps également peu onéreux pour produire un signal chirp codé par position d'impulsions et utilisé pour moduler un signal de porteuse. Après réception du signal au niveau des stations réceptrices, le signal peut être démodulé et décodé au moyen d'un signal chirp de référence qui a été localement produit de manière asynchrone par rapport à la base de temps de n'importe quel émetteur. Au moyen d'un filtre adapté ne variant pas dans le temps, la station réceptrice obtient le moment d'arrivée des différents signaux transmis et toutes données supplémentaires.
