Abstract

L'invention porte sur des séquences d'acide nucléique isolées de la canne à sucre et leurs méthodes d'utilisation. Elle porte en particulier sur des séquences de nucléotides dérivant des gènes de polyubiquitine de la canne à sucre et qui peuvent orienter l'expression constitutive d'une séquence d'acide nucléique d'intérêt fonctionnellement liée à des séquences de nucléotides de polyubiquitine de la canne à sucre. Lesdites séquences servent à réguler l'expression d'une séquence d'acide nucléique d'intérêt dans des plantes monocotylédones et dicotylédones.
