Abstract

This design relates to the Plastic Modular Pallet, and comprising a certain number of Main Segments (1), three Tie-Rods (2), and the auxiliary parts (3,4,5,6,7,8).
This Plastic Modular Pallet is easily assembled by inserting the three Tie-Rods (2), through the holes of the Main Segments(1), and tightened by bolts (6), Fig.1.
The variety of pallets dimention can be arranged by change, the number of segments in any set.

Description

Plastic Modular Pallet Specification:
The pallet is one of the most important equipments in transportation.
Mainly,there are three types of pallets as below:
1- Wooden Pallet This pallet is using from many years ago, and has many disadvantages as, destroying the forest,fire problem, transfer the bugs and bacteria, and...., but is cheeper and also is not recycleable .
2-Steel Pallet This pallet is very heavy, expensive, and due to corrosion can not be used in food and pharmaceutical industries.
3-Plastic Pallet The plastic pallet is using in passed 20 years, but has some limitation to be used in a wide range,especialy in cost point of view.
NEW DESIGN
The Plastic Modular Pallet comprises a certain number of Main Segments(1 ),three Tie-Rods (2), and the other auxiliary parts (3,4,5,6,7,8) for assembling the pallets.
The Main Segment( 1 ) is made by plastic polymer and manufactured by plastic mold injection machine,and the Tie-Rod (2) is made by steel or plastic material.

Many sizes and types of the Plastic Modular Pallets are manufactured by using only one or two types of segmets, therefore comprising to the existing plastic pallets the production cost is decreased considerably.
The Plastic Modular Pallet is designed in four types as below:
1-Two Sides Pallet This pallet is assembled by a certain number of Main Segments ( 1 ), and three Tie-Rods (2), and be tightened by parts (4,5,6) and be used in heavy load transportation, this design has two sides access for Lift-Truck, Fig.l .
2- Four Sides Pallet This Pallet is a normal load and is manufactured by using the Short Segment(3), and has four sides access for Lift-Truck, Fig.2.
3-Four Sides Pallet with Bottom Plate Due to some material transportation and in accordance to the user requirement the Bottom Plates(7) is assembled, Fig.3.
4-Light Load Pallet This Pallet is assembled for light load transportation, by using the same Main Segments ( 1 ) and the Plastic Pipe Spacers (~),it meanse , the same size of Pallet ,but less weight and low cost, Fig.4 .

Claims (4)

1-The Plastic Modular Pallet comprises a certain number of Main Segments(1), three Tie-Rods(2), and the other auxiliary parts (3,4,5,6,7,8),are shown in Figures 1,2,3,4.
2-The Pallet defined in Claim 1,is easily assembled in many dimentions by using only one size of Main Segment(1).
3- The Pallet defined in Claim 1 and Claim 2,can be manufactured for heavy load transportation Fig.1, or for light load transportation Fig.4, by using the same Main Segments(1), and Spacers(8).
4-The Pallet defined in Claim 1, is reparable in case of damage,and recyclable in case of renew.
