Abstract

Cette invention concerne des protéines humaines comportant des séquences de signaux sécrétoires et des ADN codant ces protéines ainsi que des cellules eucaryotes formant lesdites protéines par expression sécrétoire. Toutes les protéines sont sécrétées à l'extérieur des cellules et existent dans le liquide extracellulaire ou sur la membrane cellulaire, c'est la raison pour laquelle on les considère comme des protéines contrôlant la prolifération et la différenciation des cellules. Par conséquent, les protéines peuvent être utilisées en tant que substances pharmaceutiques ou en tant qu'antigènes pour préparer des anticorps dirigés contre lesdites protéines. En outre, les ADN peuvent être utilisés pour l'expression desdites protéines en grandes quantités. Les cellules eucaryotes dans lesquelles les vecteurs d'expression desdits ADNc sont introduits peuvent être utilisées pour la production sécrétoire des protéines codées par lesdits ADNc.
