Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication de filaments ou de fibres multisegmenté(e)s et/ou à structures composites, des filaments ou des fibres et une surface textile ainsi obtenu(e)s. Procédé caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à acheminer le ou les matériaux polymères (1, 1'), dans des conditions rhéologiques adaptées, au niveau d'une filière (2), puis à extruder ce ou ces polymère(s) à travers des orifices de filage ou d'extrusion (O n, O m) séparés, mais associés en un ou plusieurs groupements pour former un ou plusieurs ensembles d'au moins deux filaments élémentaires (3, 3'), à assembler ensuite entre eux, par contact adhérent, les différents filaments élémentaires (3, 3') issus de chaque groupement d'orifices (O n, O m), en un filament (4) à section multisegmentée par groupement, avec un mélange des phases limité ou inexistant, et, enfin à étirer et à consolider les filaments (4) résultants avant leur traitement et/ou manipulation consécutif(s), notamment en vue de la réalisation de fibres, de bobines de filaments, de câbles ou de nappes nontissées par voie directe, par exemples.The subject of the present invention is a method for manufacturing multisegmented filaments or fibers and / or with composite structures, filaments or fibers and a textile surface thus obtained.
