Abstract

Procédé pour la production d'aromatiques, tel que le reformage, employant au moins un lit fixe de catalyseur à base de platine et de 0,08 % rhénium. Dans ledit procédé, avant de passer sur le lit, la charge subit un échange thermique avec l'effluent issu du procédé, l'échange étant réalisé avec une perte de charge inférieure à 1 bar et une approche chaude inférieure à 70.degree.C. De préférence, les lits sont radiaux et ceux situés en tête de réacteur sont recouverts d' une couche de tissu. De préférence le procédé emploie au moins 2 lits fixes de catalyseur, le premier lit (dans le sens de la circulation de la charge) ayant un rapport pondéral Re/Pt supérieur à celui du second lit, le second catalyseur contenant de préférence au moins 0,08 % de Re.

Claims (4)

1 - Procédé pour la production d'aromatiques dans lequel la charge passe à travers au moins un lit fixe d'un catalyseur contenant au moins du platine et au moins 0,08 % pds de rhénium, procédé dans lequel les lits fixes sont disposés dans au moins un réacteur, et dans lequel, avant d'être introduite sur le premier lit fixe de catalyseur, la charge à traiter subit un échange thermique avec l'effluent issu du dernier lit fixe de catalyseur, l'échange thermique étant réalisé
avec une perte de charge. inférieur à 1 bar et une approche chaude d'au plus 70 °C.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1 dans lequel la charge passe successivement à travers au moins 2 lits fixes de catalyseur contenant au moins du platine et du rhénium, le catalyseur A du ou des premiers lits (dans le sens de circulation de la charge) présente un rapport pondéral des métaux Re/Pt supérieur au rapport pondéral des métaux Re/Pt du catalyseur B contenu dans le ou les derniers lits.
3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes dans lequel l'approche chaude est de 10-70°C.
4 - Procédé l'une des revendications précédentes dans lequel au moins un lit fixe radial situé en tête de réacteur est recouvert d'une couche de tissu.

- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le catalyseur B est un catalyseur trimétallique avec un rapport Re/Pt inférieur ou égal à 1.

6 - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes dans lequel le catalyseur A est bimétallique avec un rapport Re/Pt supérieur à 1 et le catalyseur B trimétallique avec un rapport Re/Pt inférieur ou égal à 1.

7 - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes dans lequel le catalyseur a été chargé de façon dense
