Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un moule pour pneumatiques présentant une pluralité de segments complets (20) de moule pour pneumatiques, ledit moule étant constitué de résine époxy. Ces segments sont formés dans les chambres (18) de châssis segmentaires et présentent des nervures renforcées autonomes (56) formées dans des évidements ménagés dans les empreintes de sculpture fixées dans les châssis. Ces châssis (10) et ces empreintes (50) peuvent être réutilisés et les châssis présentent des diamètres et des longueurs de corde segmentés standards afin de réduire le temps nécessaire à la fabrication des moules. Les empreintes (50) sont en matière élastique et peuvent également être réutilisées.
