Abstract

Cette invention concerne un article absorbant tout en longueur qui possède une partie corps principal (22) comprenant les éléments suivants: deux bords latéraux longitudinaux, deux bords d'extrémité, une surface orientée côté sous-vêtements et une surface orientée côté corps. L'article absorbant comprend deux volets (24) qui sont fixés à la partie corps principal et qui s'étendent latéralement et vers l'extérieur au-delà des bords latéraux longitudinaux de ladite partie corps principal. La surface orientée côté sous-vêtements de chacun des volets comporte un fixateur (76) de volet. Les volets sont repliés sur la surface orientée côté corps de la partie corps principal de manière à exposer le fixateur de volet. Un emballage (78) destiné à l'article absorbant comprend une feuille d'emballage principale (80) ainsi qu'une couverture (81) de fixateur de volet. Cette couverture comprend deux parties latérales et longitudinales, deux parties d'extrémité, une surface adhésive faisant face au fixateur de volets, une surface opposée, ainsi qu'une première partie et une seconde partie. La majorité de la première partie dépasse dans la première zone, tandis que la couverture de fixateurs de volets est fixée de manière amovible auxdits fixateurs. La feuille d'emballage principale et la partie corps principal de l'article absorbant sont pliées d'une seule pièce autour du second axe, ceci de manière à ce que la majeure partie des volets se superpose au côté de la surface orientée côté corps de la partie corps principal dans la troisième zone, la première partie de la couverture de fixateurs de volets s'y trouvant intercalée. Une partie au moins de la seconde partie de la couverture de fixateurs de volets est fixée à la surface externe de la feuille d'emballage principale.
