Abstract

Système informatique de management stratégique dans lequel est créée une "base de données entités" d'entités dans une hiérarchie d'organisation, ainsi qu'un plan pour chaque entité voulue. La structure de l'organisation comprend une relation globale (10) divisée en une perspective organisationnelle et opérationnelle (11, 12) respectivement, cette dernière étant à nouveau divisée en domaines d'activités d'entreprise (13), d'activités de support (14) et d'activités de projet (15). Les deux perspectives sont également à nouveau divisées en un certain nombre de sections (16) de plan. Le système comprend des moyens destinés à entrer des informations d'objectifs relatives à un plan d'unité stratégique ou d'entreprise, des moyens destinés à entrer des indicateurs de performances clés (KPI) pour chaque objectif. Une liste (62) de KPI est établie pour chaque objectif dans une liste (61), et on a prévu des moyens destinés à faire correspondre les KPI aux zones de ressources clés (KRA) appropriées globales entrées préalablement.
