Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'identification d'un antigène de protéine dirigé contre un champignon cible. Le procédé comprend également une sélection de protéines exprimées provenant d'une bibliothèque d'expression de gènes d'ADNc à l'aide d'antisérums dirigés contre le champignon cible et une sélection croisée à l'aide d'un antisérum dirigé contre un champignon non cible. La présente invention concerne également des anticorps dirigés contre l'antigène de protéine. La présente invention concerne, en outre, des procédés de détection de la présence ou de l'absence des anticorps ou de l'antigène de protéine ainsi que des équipements permettant d'exécuter ces analyses. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, le champignon cible est H. capsulatum.
