Abstract
Le système de suspension et d'insonorisation est du type dans lequel un revêtement de finition d'une maison ou d'un édifice est retenu à une surface solide d'infrastructure au moyen d'une pluralité de cylindres de caoutchouc pourvus chacun d'une cavité ouverte s'étendant dans une direction axiale. Chaque cylindre est attaché à la surface solide au moyen d'une bande de suspension pourvue de deux extrémités opposées, qui est glissée dans la cavité du cylindre et dont les deux extrémités sont repliées sur la surface solide et y sont attachées. Le revêtement de finition est attaché à des barres de suspension qui sont elles-mêmes attachées aux cylindres à l'aide d'attaches passant dans les cavités du cylindre. Selon l'invention, les cavités des cylindres de caoutchouc sont axialement décentrées et les cylindres sont orientés lors du montage de façon à ce que les cavités décentrées soient plus proches de la surface solide que des barres de suspension. De plus, les attaches sont constituées chacun d'une autre bande de suspension façonnée et dimensionnée pour recevoir et supporte une des barres de suspension, cette autre bande de suspension étant en forme de U et comprenant une portion centrale et deux côtés opposés perpendiculaires à la portion centrale, chaque côté ayant au moins un trou et une épingle façonnée et dimensionnée pour être insérée dans les trous des côtés de l'autre bande tout en passant dans la cavité d'un des cylindres. Ceci a l'avantage de minimiser les chances de contact entre, d'une part, les bandes de suspension servant d'attache des cylindres de caoutchouc à la structure de l'édifice, et d'autre part, les moyens servant à l'attache des barres de suspension aux cylindres de caoutchouc. Ceci a également l'avantage d'assurer une meilleure insonorisation, en fournissant une couche de caoutchouc plus large entre les barres de suspension et leur attache.The suspension and soundproofing system is of the type in which a finish covering of a house or a building is retained on a solid infrastructure surface by means of a plurality of rubber cylinders each provided with a open cavity extending in an axial direction. In addition, the fasteners each consist of another suspension strip shaped and dimensioned to receive and support one of the suspension bars, this other suspension strip being U-shaped and comprising a central portion and two opposite sides perpendicular to the central portion, each side having at least one hole and a pin shaped and dimensioned to be inserted into the holes of the sides of the other strip while passing through the cavity of one of the cylinders. This has the advantage of minimizing the chances of contact between, on the one hand, the suspension bands used to attach the rubber cylinders to the structure of the building, and on the other hand, the means used to attaches suspension bars to the rubber cylinders. This also has the advantage of ensuring better soundproofing, by providing a wider rubber layer between the suspension bars and their fastener.
