Abstract

L'invention porte sur des compositions comprenant le ou les ribozymes spécifiques de tissus, et spécifiques d'un ARN cible, contenus soit dans un système de distribution viral, soit dans une préparation abiologique de liposomes. Le système de distribution viral ou le liposome abiologique comprennent un promoteur spécifique d'un pathogène en amont de la séquence codant pour un ribozyme triple comportant: (a) une séquence de ribozyme en 5' à clivage autocatalytique; (b) un ribozyme catalytique comportant un site de fixation spécifique d'un ARN cible, et (c) une séquence de ribozyme en 3' à clivage autocatalytique. L'invention porte également sur des méthodes de traitement et/ou de prévention d'infections bactériennes par administration des compositions de l'invention.
