Abstract
This invention is a combination of position, juxtaposition, and/or association package of a condom and it's accompanying proper lubrication (hereinafter refereed to as "package").
The packaging will contain n one-time use disposable lubricant package attached, combined, or in unison or in to a condom package for use in sexual intercourse and/or activities normally associated with use of a condom.
The packaging will contain n one-time use disposable lubricant package attached, combined, or in unison or in to a condom package for use in sexual intercourse and/or activities normally associated with use of a condom.
Description
SPECIFICATION:
This invention relates to the safety enhancement, due diligence and convenience of condoms for sexual intercourse and /or activities normally associated with use of a condom. In order for a condom to be used correctly it must be used with a proper lubrication. Most condoms come lubricated but quickly dry out during use or people use improper lubricants that actually weaken the condom. The packing in this manner would allow the condom manufacturer to match the lubricant to the specifics and properties of the condom and thereby increase the product's effectiveness and protect against a number of "due diligence" legal or otherwise claims against condom or lubricant manufacturers.
Condoms are available and sold either lubricated or non-lubricated; either must be lubricated to be used safely and effectively. Research shows that if improper lubrication is used it will deteriorate the condom. If no lubrication or improper lubricant is used, the condom probability to break increases. When a condom does break, it can have very serious consequences;
pregnancy, STD'S, Aids, etc. The manufacturer is also subject to being sued and proving due diligence. A large amount of people carry condoms, but barely anyone carries lubricant. This eliminates another primary problem with the effectiveness of the condom.
It has been found that a condom has n very low probability to break when properly lubricated --but often, for a variety of reasons, people do not lubricate the condom properly.
With the packaging that this patent embodies being a combination packaging containing a section for the condom and nn attached section for the lubricant, the probability of people using the proper lubricant increases.
When the condom needs lubrication simply tear open the lubrication packet and apply it to the condom or in a manner to facilitate the use of same. This will prevent the condom from breaking.
This also lowers people's propensity from using incorrect lubrication and deteriorating the condom.
It also eliminates the embarrassment of carrying n large tube of lubricant or looking for the tube of lubricant which has been misplaced. Having n disposable package of lubricant also eliminates embarrassment by having n fresh, clean lubricant that has not been shored or used with any other partner. Again this increases the safety, convenience and due diligence. In addition, the condom manufacturer matches the lubricant to the product thereby eliminating another aspect of the problem.
DRAWINGS:
In drawings which illustrate the embodiments of the invention in general and conceptually, Figure 1 is a front view of the condom packaging and the attached lubrication package, which allows one to always have lubrication when you have n condom. The packaging will be very durable so that it will not easily rupture or puncture and may be carried in a wallet or purse. The packaging will be easy to open for use allowing both the condom and lubricant to be opened and used together but may contain a two stage opening process.
In drawings which illustrate the embodiments of the invention in general and conceptually, Figure 2 is a front view of the condom packaging and the attached lubrication package opening which allows one to open and use both the condom and the lubrication in a one tear open process or stage.
In drawings which illustrate the embodiments of the invention in general and conceptually, Figure 3 is a front view of the condom packaging and the attached lubrication package which allows one to open each package separately in a two tent open process or separate tear open process.
In drawings which illustrates the embodiments of the invention in general and conceptually, Figure 4 is a front view of the common package containing the separately wrapped condom and the separately wrapped lubricant sold together in a package.
