Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing a support structure for inlays, crowns and bridges in dentistry. Said method saves a considerable amount of time and effort compared with known methods. According to said method, support structures are produced from spinel, alumina, zirconia, powdered metal or similar materials in that (a) a foil is drawn onto the stump(s) of a working model; (b) said foil is provided with slip; and (c) the slip on the foil removed from the working model is burnt.
